Claims (13)
- 광선에 민감한 홀로그래픽 기록 매체 층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 기록 매체와 이 기록 매체보다 상당히 낮은 감광도를 갖고 있는 기질 사이에만 소정의 영역을 형성하는 수단, 및 경사 프린지 패턴을 기록하기 위해 기록 매체를 간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효율이 향상된 경사 프린지 홀로그램을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 영역 형성 수단이 기록 매체 층을 인가시키기 전에 비-감광성 물질 층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기록 매체가 중크롬산화 젤라틴으로 구성되고, 비-감광성 물질이 젤라틴으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 영역 형성 수단이 광선에 민감한 물질 층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 및 기록 매체 층을 인가시키기 전에 광감도를 감소시키도록 이 물질을 비간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 영역 수단이 광선에 민감한 물질층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 및 기록 매체층을 인가시키기 전에 광감도를 감소시키도록 이 물질을 열처리하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 광선에 민감한 홀로그래픽 기록 매체 층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 기록 매체와 이 기록 매체보다 상당히 낮은 광감도를 갖고 있는 기질 사이에 소정의 영역을 형성하는 수단, 경사 프린지 패턴을 기록하기 위한 기록 매체를 간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단, 및 기록 매체를 팽윤시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효율이 향상된 경사 프린지 홀로그램을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소정의 영역 형성 수단이 기록 매체 층을 인가시키기 전에 비 감광성 물질 층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기록 매체가 중크롬산화 젤라틴으로 구성되고 비감광성 물질이 젤라틴으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소정의 영역 형성 수단이 광선에 민감한 물질층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 및 기록 매체층을 인가시키기 전에 광감도를 감소시키기 위해 이 물질을 비간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소정의 영역 형성 수단이 광선에 민감한 물질층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 및 기록 매체층을 인가시키기 전에 광감도를 감소시키기 위해 이 물질을 열처리하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기질 및 내부에 경사 프린지 패턴이 기록되어 있는 기질상에 장착된 매체로 구성되고, 기질에 인접한 매체의 표면 영역에서의 프린지 패턴이 기질로부터 절연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사 프린지 홀로그램.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상이한 광감도를 갖고 있는 다수의 층들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기질에 인접한 층이 비 감광성 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램.
