Claims (8)

  1. 몸체, 몸체의 개방된 정면에 부착된 앞렌즈 및 몸체에 설치된 광원이 있으며 이 렌즈와 개방된 정면은 차량의 뒤창으로 부터 떨어져 있고 뒤창의 내측중앙에 위치하고, 광원에서 발하는 빛은 렌즈의 선두점으로부터 정지표시등의 길이방향의 연적중앙에 위치하는 차광수단의 상부를 따라 전달되고 뒤창에서 차량의 앞쪽으로 반사되는 빛이 차량의 후사경으로 나아가지 않도록 하거나 또는 후사경에 반사될지라도 차량 운전자의 눈을 향하지 않도록 하는 것을 보장하는 수단을 포함하는 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보장수단은 차광기를 포함하는 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 보장수단은 렌즈이상의 소정의 높이를 갖는 차광수단을 포함하며 렌즈는 뒤창에서 떨어져 있으며 뒤창에 대해서 선정된 각도를 갖는 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 높이와 각도 및 거리는 뒤창에서 반사된 모든 빛이 후사경의 아래를 통과하도록 접합적으로 조정되는 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 가능한 최고의 각도로 뒤창에서 반사된 빛이 후사경 아래로 통과하도록 높이, 각도 및 거리를 집합적으로 조정한 것인 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈는 뒤창을 대면하는 오목렌즈인 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈는 일반적으로 뒤창을 대면하는 볼록렌즈인 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 차광수단은 렌즈의 상단면과 접하고 렌즈의 윗면을 지나 뒤창쪽으로 나온 높이 장착한 차량용 정지표시등.
