Claims (9)
- 최소한 하나의 지방족, 지환족 또는 아릴 지방족 디이소시아네이트를 물과 반응시켜서 뷰렛기를 함유하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법으로서, 조작이 최소한 70℃의 온도 및 최소한 0.2바의 이산화탄소의 분압을 포함하여 최소한 1.2바의 절대압하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화탄소의 분압이 0.5와 50바 사이이고 절대압이 1.5바 이상임을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물에 대한 단량체 디이소시아네이트의 몰 비율이 2와 40사이, 바람직하게는 5와 15사이에 있음을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 사용되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알콕시 알칸류, 알콕시알칸 카르복실레이트류 및 인산의 메틸 및/또는 에틸 에스테르류와 같은 용매의 하나 이상의 존재하에서 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용되는 용매의 양이 사용되는 물의 1 내지 10중량배 그리고 바람직하게는 1 내지 5중량배를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용되는 용매의 양이 반응 혼합물 중량의 10 내지 80%를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 2-메톡시에틸 아세테이트, 1, 2-디메톡시에탄, 2-에톡시에틸 아세테이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디아세테이트, 1-메톡시-2-프로필 아세테이트, 2-메톡시-1-프로필 아세테이트, 1-에톡시-2-프로필 아세테이트, 2-에톡시-1프로필 아세테이트 또는 인산의 메틸 및/또는 에틸 에스테르로서 트리메틸 포스페이트, 트리에틸 포스페이트, 디메틸 에틸 포스페이트 또는 디에틸 메틸 포스페이트 등으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 70℃와 200℃사이, 바람직하게는 110℃와 150℃사이에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
