Claims (5)

  1. 직기의 가동중에, 소정의 기간에서, 어느시점마다 상기 소정의 기간의 최종시점 에서의 정지 횟수를 예측하고, 이 예측 정지 횟수와 미리 설정된 한계 정지 횟수를 비교하고, 예측 정지 횟수가 한계 정지 횟수보다 적을때는, 직기의 회전수를 높이고, 예측 정지 횟수가 한계 정지 횟수를 초과할 경우에는, 직기의 회전수를 내리는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기의 회전수 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 한계 정지 횟수를 미리 설정된 직포의 품질 및 직공의 여유도중 적어도 하나로부터 결정하는것을 특징으로하는 직기의 회전수 제어방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정지 횟수의 예측치로부터 직기의 회전수를 변경하기 위한 연산 과정에서, 소정 기간의 최초의 시점에서 종료 시점까지의 경과 시간에 따라서 무게 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기의 회전수 제어방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 직포의 품질을 직기의 정지 레벨로부터 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기의 회전수 제어방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 직공의 여유도를 직기의 가동률에서 구하는것을 특징으로 하는 직기의 회전수 제어방법.
