Claims (10)
- 자성도료, 혹은 수지바인더에 분산된 자성분말 및 자성도료를 고착시킨 염기로 이루어지며, 상기 수지바인더는 염화비닐, 염화비닐이덴, 알킬카르복실산비닐, 염화비닐과 공중합 가능한 기타 단량체 및 알킬카르복실산비닐의 비누화물을 구성성분으로 하는 공중합체로서 적외선 흡수스펙트럼에 따른 OH/CH 흡수비가 적어도 0.2 이상인 공중합체와, 분자중에 -SO3M기(여기서 M은 알칼리금속 원자를 나타냄)를 가지는 폴리우레탄수지와, 폴리이소시아네이트를 구성성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬카르복실산비닐은 아세트산비닐, 프로핀산비닐 및 베르사트산비닐중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알킬카르복실산비닐은 아세트산비닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염화비닐과 공중합 가능한 기타 단량체는 말레산, 푸마르산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 그들의 에스테르 및 그들의 조합중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 염화비닐과 공중합 가능한 기타 단량체는 말레산인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄수지의 SO3M기는 -SO3Na 또는 -SO3k인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄수지에 함유된 SO3M기(M은 알칼리금속 원자)의 비율이 약 10 내지 1000g/104g인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공중합체에는, 염화비닐이 50 내지 85중량%, 염화비닐이덴이 5 내지 40중량%, 알킬카르복실산비닐이 5 내지 40중량%, 염화비닐과 공중합 가능한 기타 단량체가 1.0 내지 5.0중량% 포함되고, 그 나머지부분은 실질적으로 알킬카르복실산비닐의 비누화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제l항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 수지바인더중의 총 수지중량을 기준으로하여, SO3M기 함유 폴리우레탄수지가 20 내지 80중량%, 폴리이소시아네이트가 5 내지 30중량%이고, 그 나머지부분은 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제9항에 있어서, SO3M기 함유 폴리우레탄수지가 30 내지 70중량%, 폴리이소시아네이트가 10 내지 25중량%, 공중합체가 70 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
