Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- (1)에폭시 화합물 연속상 및 (2)이 연속상에 분산된 탄성중합체 입자(여기서, 탄성중합체 입자는 기능적 유효량의 가교결합을 함유하며, 기능적 유효량의 작용기가 연속상의 작용기와 반응할 수 있도록 그라프트되어 있는 그라프트 고무농축물의 형태이다) 불연속상을 함유하는 조성물.
- (1)에폭시 화합물 연속상과 (2)에폭시 화합물중에 분산상을 제공하기에 충분하며 경화시, 에폭시 화합물에 인성을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 탄성중합체 입자조성물(여기서, 탄성중합체 입자조성물은 기능적 유효량의 가교결합을 함유하며, 기능적 유효량의 작용기가 연속상의 작용기가 반응할 수 있도록 그라프트된 그라프트 고무농축물의 형태이다)을 접촉시키되, 에폭시 화합물의 작용기가 그라프트 고무농축물의 반응성 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 에폭시 화합물중의 그라프트 고무농축물의 분산액이 형성될 수 있도록 충분히 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 강화 에폭시 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 입자의 크기가 직경 300Å 내지 20,000Å 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속상에 분산된 상기 불연속상이 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 45중량% 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 입자가 중합된 부타디엔을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 고무농축물이 에폭시 화합물의 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 단량체-함유 비닐중합체로 그라프트된 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 작용성 단량체를 함유하는 비닐중합체가 10,000 내지 250,000 범위의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 고무농축물에 그라프트되는 비닐중합체가 공중합된 형태의 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴과 아크릴산으로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 화합물의 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 함유하는 단량체의 양이 상기 작용기를 함유하는 중합된 단량체, 및 그라프트 고무농축물의 외부 영역중의 중합된 그라프트 단량체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 20중량% 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화시킨 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 입자가 중합된 아크릴산 에스테르를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속상이 고화제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 고무농축물에 그라프트된 작용기가 고화제의 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 고무농축물에 그라프트된 작용기가 에폭시 화합물의 에폭시 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 조성물.
- 제6항 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 고무농축물에 그라프트되는 비닐중합체가 중합된 형태의 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴과 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 그라프트 고무농축물 형태의 상기 탄성중합체 입자조성물을 상기 연속상과 접촉시키기 전에 고화제와 접촉시키는 방법.
