Claims (18)
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 작용성 결합을 통해 폴리프로필렌이 그래프트된, 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 그래프트 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 적어도 하나의 작용기 함유 단량체를 포함하며, 상기 작용기가 하이드록시, 1차 아미노 및 2차 아미노로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 적어도 하나의 디엔 단량체를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌이 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌이 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 조성물.
- 작용화된 중합체 적어도 일부를 폴리프로필렌으로 그래프트시키기에 충분한 조건하에서, 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 말리에이트화된 폴리프로필렌과 배합함을 포함하는 그래프트 공중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 작용화된 공중합체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 적어도 하나의 작용기 함유 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (A) 상기 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 생성하기에 충분한 중합조건하에, 랜덤 공중합체를 생성하는 능력면에서 선택한 비-입체특이성 지글러-나타(Ziegler-Natta)촉매 시스템의 존재하에서, 에틸렌, 적어도 하나의 α-올레핀 단량체 및 적어도 하나의 작용기 함유 단량체를 배합하는 단계; 및 (B) 작용화된 공중합체 적어도 일부를 말리에이트화된 폴리프로필렌으로 그래프트시키기에 충분한 조건하에서, 상기 단계(A)에 따라 제조한 중합체 조성물을 말리에이트화된 폴리프로필렌 조성물과 배합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 디엔 단량체를 사기 단계(A)에 따라 추가로 배합하여 상기 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 생성하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비-입체특이성 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템이 탄화수소 가용성 바나듐염 및 알루미늄 알킬을 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비-입체특이성 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템이 탄화수소 가용성 바나듐염 및 알루미늄 알킬을 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 배합단계(A)를 실질적으로 혼합이 자유로운 관형 반응기에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 배합단계(A)를 실질적으로 혼합이 자유로운 관형 반응기에서 수행하는 방법.
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 작용성 결합을 통해 폴리프로필렌이 그래프트된, 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 포함하는 그래프트 공중합체 조성물 및 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 블랜드 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무를 추가로 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 블렌드 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌 20 내지 90중량%, α-올레핀 10 내지 80중량%, 디엔 단량체 0 내지 15중량% 및 극성 작용기 함유 단량체 0.01 내지 15중량%를 포함하며, 상기 그래프트 하기전의 상기 그래프트 폴리프로필렌이 말리에이트화된 폴리프로필렌인 폴리프로필렌 블렌드 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 작용화된 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 에틸렌 20 내지 90중량%, α-올레핀 10 내지 80중량%, 디엔 단량체 0 내지 15중량% 및 극성 작용기 함유 단량체 0.01 내지 15중량%를 포함하며, 상기 그래프트 하기전의 상기 그래프트 폴리프로필렌이 말리에이트화된 폴리프로필렌인 폴리프로필렌 블렌드 조성물.
- 제16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 상기 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌이 45 내지 98중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무가 0 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 상기 그래프트 공중합체 조성물이 0.1 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 폴리프로필렌 블렌드 조성물(상기 모든 중량%는 폴리프로필렌 블렌드조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 함).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
