Description
본 발명은 고무제로 된 신발밑창의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a shoe sole made of rubber.
신발을 제조함에 있어서는 일반적으로 갑피에 중창을 부착한 다음 그 밑에 밑창을 붙이는바 종래에는 일반적으로 밑창을 붙임에 있어서 먼저 밑창의 표면을 연마한 후 접착제를 도포하여야 하므로 접착공정이 복잡한 결점이 있었다. 이에 본 발명은 접착공정을 단순화하기 위하여 여러 가지 실험을 계속하던중 신발창으로 사용되기도 하는 EVA의 분말 및 괴체를 다량 첨가하므로서 소기의 목적외에 기타 부수적인 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 알았다.In the manufacture of shoes, in general, the midsole is attached to the upper and then the sole underneath. 본 발명은 신발창으로 사용하고 남은 EVA 조각등을 중량제로서 다량 고무에 혼합하여 로울러로 로울링 교반하여 제조함을 특징으로 한다. 즉 본 발명은 고무로서 신발창을 가류성형시킴에 있어서 종래에 사용되던 공지의 가류제, 가류촉진제, 연화제, 점착제등과 더불어 EVA 분말 또는 괴체를 고무 100부량에 대하여 약 50 내지 200부량을 혼가하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 혼가되는 EVA는 괴체도 가능하나 분말인 경우가 더욱 바람직하다. 즉 고무에 이상과 같은 배합제와 더불어 EVA 분말 또는 기체를 혼가한 다음 이를 로울러로 교반하고 소정의 신발창을 가류성형시킨다.The present invention is characterized in that it is produced by mixing the remaining EVA pieces and the like as a weight agent in a large amount of rubber as a roller and stirring with a roller. 고무에 배합하는 EVA량은 원료인 고무의 재질에 따라 다르게 되는데 원료고무의 재질이 고급일수록 EVA 분말을 다량 첨가할 수 있으며 폐고무를 원료로 할 경우에는 폐고무에 이미 중량제가 혼가되어 있을터이므로 EVA 분말의 첨가량은 감소될 수 밖에 없는데 폐고무의 경우에도 폐고무 100부량에 대하여 최소한 50부량을 첨가하여 신발창을 제조할 수 있다. 그런데 종래에는 신발창 기타의 물건을 제조하고 남은 자투리 EVA 괴체는 거의 쓸모가 없으므로 이의 처리가 커다란 문제로 대두되었던 것이다. 그리하여 이와같은 EVA 자투리가 많은 경우에는 보일러등의 연료로 사용키도 하나 그 매연이 독하여 연료사용에도 문제가 있으며 그렇다고 이를 폐기하게 되더라도 이것은 부패되지도 아니하여 공해문제를 야기하였던 것이다.The amount of EVA compounded in the rubber varies depending on the material of the rubber, which is the raw material.The higher the material of the raw rubber, the higher the amount of EVA powder can be added.When the waste rubber is used as a raw material, the weight of the rubber is already mixed. 특히 종래에 신발창의 제조를 위해 사용하던 중량제는 탄력성, 내마모성등과 같은 고무의 성질이 전혀 없는 광물질이어서 중량제의 다량 혼가가 곤란하였으나 EVA는 그 자체가 탄력성과 내마모성등 고무의 성질을 가지고 있어 이를 비교적 다량 혼가하여도 신발창으로서의 품질향상에 연향을 미치지 아니하게 됨을 알았다. 이와같이 EVA 분말 및 괴체를 다량 혼가하여 제조한 고무신발창을 그 무게가 작아 신발의 경량화에 크게 기여할 수 있으며, 그 표면을 톨루엔싸이클헥산으로 닦은 후 접착제를 도포하면 중창과의 접착이 가능하여 접착공정을 단순화시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 제조원가를 절감할 수 있으며 나아가 부패되지 않는 폐기물의 재사용을 가능케하여 자연의 파괴를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.In particular, the weight agent used for manufacturing shoe soles is a mineral that has no properties of rubber such as elasticity and abrasion resistance, so it is difficult to mix a large amount of weight agent, but EVA itself has rubber properties such as elasticity and wear resistance.
