Abstract

Process for recirculation of the elastomeric materials weared by sulphur vulcanization, providing for elastomeric materials plasticization at the temperature lower of 50°C into the new chemical mixture which is able to controll protones exchange inciation and as result to open or to break the vulcanized elastomeric materials line. The new chemical mixture is produced of one or several chemical compositions, capable to realize the vulcanized rubber accelerator functions on several activators, capable to iniciate the protones exchange at the temperature lower of 70°C and by this means to open or break the vulcanized line of the elastomeric material vulcanized by sulphur for production of the regenerated elastomeric material. The prefered mixture contains the zink salt of the dimerhylthiocarbonate and mercaptobenzothia-zol in the molar ratio from 1:1 up to 1:12, preferably dispersed in dioles and activated in presence of the stearine acid, zink oxide and sulphur. Then the mixture is mixed with the vulcanized elastomere crumb in the concentration of 6 parts of the adhesive per 100 parts of the rubber crumb in the desintegrator which efficiently break the vulcanized line and made the chemical composition ready for formation and vulcanization. The obtained recirculated rubber mixture shows satisfactory physical and dynamical characteristics level. Such mixtures may be used immediatly for formed articles manufacturing or may be added to the fresh mixtures for car tyres as well may be used in the overlapping fields.
