Claims (6)
- 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법에 있어서, 시멘트 1중량부, 물 0.8 내지 2중량부 골재 3 내지 5중량부의 조성비로하여 먼저 Al 시멘트와 Fe2O3를 혼합한 후 물을 첨가하여 다시 혼합한 다음 여기에 골재를 첨가하여 다시 혼합하고 이 형제를 도포한 표면연마된 몰드에 상기 혼합물을 주입하여 건조 경화시킨 후 탈형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 골재는 예열처리하고 입경 1 내지 20㎜로 분쇄한 슬랙 또는 화산암을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 몰드는 25메쉬 이상의 파우더 또는 #60 내지 #220의 사포로 표면을 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물의 몰드 주입 방법이 브리켓의 하단부분이 흡열부분이 되도록 주입구를 플레이(plate)로 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조 경화는 오븐내에서 40~60℃를 유지하여 3 내지 4시간 건조 경화시키거나 상온에서 5~7시간 건조 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용이한 탈형을 위해 이형제로서 실리콘유, 파라핀유, 그리이스 등을 몰드 표면에 도포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 발열 브리켓의 성형방법.
