Claims (21)
- 일반식(II)의 화합물을 일반식 ZH(여기에서, Z는 이하에서 정의하는 바와 같다)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 1, 4-디하이드로-4-옥소 퀴놀린-3-카복실산 및 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 카복시 보호그룹이고; R은 5 내지 7개의 원자를 함유하는 방향족 헤테로시클릭 환(여기에서 헤테로 원자는 S, O 및 N중의 적어도 하나이며 나머지 원자는 탄소원자이다) 및 일반식의 페닐 그룹[여기에서 R2는 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 카복실, 시아노, 메틸렌디옥시, C1내지 C6알킬 및 그의 치환된 유도체, 일반식 -Y-R3의 그룹(여기에서 -Y-는 -O- 또는 -S-이고 R3는 수소 또는 C1내지 C6알킬이다) 및 일반식의 아민 그룹(여기에서 R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1내지 C6알킬이다)으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹이다]으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되며; R8은 이탈 그룹이고; Z는 4 내지 7개의 원자를 함유하는 지방족 헤테로시클릭 환 및 그의 치환된 유도체 및 일반식의 아민 그룹(여기에서 R6은 수소 또는 C1내지 C10알킬 및 그의 치환된 유도체이나, 단 일반식(II)에서 R6는 C1내지 C10알킬 그룹이고, R7은 C1내지 C10알킬 및 그의 치환된 유도체, 아민 그룹, 모노-(C1내지 C6) 알킬아미노 그룹 및 디-(C1내지 C6) 알킬 아미노로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된다)으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 페닐이고, Z가 피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 페닐이고, Z가 4-메틸피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 p-플루오로페닐이고, Z가 피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R2가 p-플루오로페닐이고, Z가 4-메틸피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, Z가 피페라지닐이고, R이 2, 4-디플루오로페닐이고, R1이 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, Z가 메틸피페라지닐이고, R이 2, 4-디플루오로페닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 카복시 보호그룹이고; R은 5 내지 7개의 원자를 함유하는 방향족 헤테로시클릭 환(여기에서 헤테로 원자는 S, O 및 N중의 적어도 하나이며 나머지 원자는 탄소원자이다) 및 일반식의 페닐 그룹[여기에서 R2는 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 카복실, 시아노, 메틸렌디옥시, C1내지 C6알킬 및 그의 치환된 유도체, 일반식 -Y-R3의 그룹(여기에서 -Y-는 -O- 또는 -S-이고 R3는 수소 또는 C1내지 C6알킬이다) 및 일반식의 아민 그룹(여기에서 R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1내지 C6알킬이다)으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹이다]으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되며; Z는 4 내지 7개의 원자를 함유하는 지방족 헤테로시클릭 환 및 그의 치환된 유도체 및 일반식의 아민 그룹(여기에서 R6은 수소 또는 C1내지 C10알킬 및 그의 치환된 유도체이고, R7은 C1내지 C10알킬 및 그의 치환된 유도체, 아민 그룹, 모노-(C1내지 C6) 알킬아미노 그룹 및 디-(C1내지 C6) 알킬 아미노로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된다)으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된다.
- 제10항에 있어서, R이 페닐이고, Z가 피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, R이 페닐이고, Z가 4-메틸피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, R이 p-플루오로페닐이고, Z가 피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, R2가 p-플루오로페닐이고, Z가 4-메틸피페라지닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, Z가 피페라지닐이고, R이 2, 4-디플루오로페닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, Z가 메틸피페라지닐이고, R은 2, 4-디플루오로페닐이며, R1이 수소인 화합물.
