Claims (7)
- (A) 하나 이상의 에폭사이드 그룹, 바람직하게는 2개의 에폭사이드 그룹을 갖고, 글래스 전이온도가 10내지 40℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 35℃인 미변형되거나 변형된 에폭시 수지를 (B) 1급-3급 디아민, 바람직하게는 N,N-디알킬 아미노알킬아민 50 내지 100몰% (A)중 유리 에폭사이드 그룹을 기준으로 함)와 반응시키고, (C) 필요한 경우, 잔여 유리 에폭사이드 그룹을 동시에 또는 연속해서 1급 또는 2급 아민과 반응시키며, (D) 반응생성물을 옥사졸리딘 구조의 형성과 동시에 포름알데히드 80내지 100몰% ((B) 및 (C)에 사용된 아민의 총 1급 아미노 그룹을 기준으로 함)와 반응시키고, (E) 사용된 디아민(B)의 3급 아미노 그룹 20몰% 이상을 물의 존재하에 유기산, 바람직하게는 포름산 및 모노글리시딜 화합물을 사용하여 4급화한 다음, (F) 사용된 산의 양을 고체 수지 100g당 80 내지 100mmol로 만들고 반응 생성물을 물을 사용하여 정확한 사용 점도를 조절하되, 단, 4급화 정도는 기타 유기용매 최고 5중량%외에 모노에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르 45중량%를 함유하는, 단계 (E)에서 수득된 생성물의 용액이 실온에서 물과 어느 분율로나 혼합하여 맑은 용액을 수득하도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 음극 침착성 피복 조성물용 변형된 에폭시 수지를 기본으로 하는 안료 페이스트(paste) 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 및/또는 지방족 가교(bridging)원을 통해 결합시킴으로써 비스페놀 A-에폭시수지 및 지방족 디에폭시 수지로부터 수득된 생성물을 변형된 에폭시 수지로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디페놀, 바람직하게는 비스페놀 A를 방향족 가교원으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 및/또는 필요한 경우 추가의 방향족 가교원을 통해 비스페놀 A-에폭시 수지를 결합시킴으로써 수득된 생성물을 변형된 에폭시 수지로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 1급(diprimary) 지방족 디아민 또는 트리아민 1몰과 지방족, 바람직하게는 장쇄, 모노글리시딜 화합물 각각 2 및 3몰로부터의 반응 생성물을 지방족 가교원으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (폴리)디설파이드를 통해 결합시킴으로써 비스페놀 A-에폭시 수지로부터 수득된 생성물을 변형된 에폭시 수지로서 사용하는 방법.
- 2급 아미노 그룹의 포름알데히드와의 부분적인 또는 완전한 반응에 의해 옥사졸리딘 구조를 함유하고 1급-3급 디아민을 통해 도입된 이의 3급 아미노 그룹이 유기산 및 모노글리시딜 화합물을 사용하여 20몰%이상 4급화되며, 물을 사용하여 정확한 사용 점도로 조절한 이의 용액중에 고체수지 100g당 총 산 80내지 100mmol을 함유하는 미변형되거나 변형된 에폭시 수지로부터 수득된 에폭시 수지-아민 부가물을 기본으로 하는 안료 페이스트 수지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
