Claims (5)
- 연속습식 초조법에 의해서 얻어진 습윤상태의 광물질 섬유패트(1)위에 광물질 섬유를 주체로한 페이스트층(2)을 설치하고, 그 페이스트층의 표면을 광물질 섬유매트의 반송속도와 다른 둘레속도로서 회전하고 있는 로울(5)에 의하여 미끄럼 마찰해서 페이스트층에 부정형 개구부를 보유하는 오목한 모양(3)을 형성한 후, 그 페이스트층의 표면쪽에서 공기(9)를 내뿜음과 아울러 광물질 섬유매트의 이면쪽에서 흡인하여 탈수하며, 그런 다음에 가열 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물질 섬유판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페이스트층(2)에 미세한 기포를 함유시키고있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물질 섬유판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 페이스트층(2)의 오목한 모양(3)을 형성하는 로울(5) 표면이 균일한 평활면으로 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물질 섬유판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 페이스트층(2)오목한 모양(3)을 형성하는 로울(5) 표면이 부분적으로 마찰저항이 다르도록 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물질 섬유판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 페이스트층(2)에 로울(5)의 미끄럼 마찰에 의한 오목한 모양(3)과 엠보싱 로울(8) 또는 엠보싱 플레이트에 의한 오목한 모양(3)을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물질 섬유판의 제조방법.
