Description
Claims (9)
- 하우징, 그 하우징내의 원통형 보어, 그 보어내에서 회전가능하고 보어 벽들로부터 떨어져 있는 피스톤 동체, 그 동체와 상기 보어 사이에서 그 피스톤 동체를 둘러싸고 있는 감마(antifriction) 베어링 수단, 일단부에 개방되고 타탄부에서는 상기 동체를 관통하는 유체 통로들을 가지고 상기 피스톤 동체에 제공된 다수의 축방향 피스톤 보어들, 상기 개발된 단부로부터 밖으로 연장하여 상기 피스톤 보어들내에 각각 배치되는 피스톤들, 각 피스톤과 피스톤 보어의 상기 타단부와의 사이의 스프링 수단, 상기 피스톤 아래에서 하우징 보어내에 배치되는 고정 경사판, 그 경사판과 피스톤 사이의 감마 스러스트 베어링 수단, 외부 구동 수단에 구동적으로 결합하기 위해 상기 보어의 반대측의 하우징 개구부내의 감마 베어링을 지나 연장하는 피스톤 동체의 축방향 구동축 및 피스톤 동체의 유체 동로들과 연통하는 도입구 및 배출구를 가지고 상기 하우징 보어위에서 상기 하우징에 배치되는 제거가능한 구멍 캡수단으로 구성된 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 동체와 하우징 보어 사이의 감마 베어링 수단이 니이들 로울러 베어링인 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경사판과 피스톤 단부 사이의 감마 베이링 수단이 니이들 로울러 스러스트 베어링에 의해 분리된 1쌍의 워셔들인 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경사판과 피스톤 단부 사이의 감마 베이링 수단이, 서로 접촉하는 경사판과 피스톤 단부중 적어도 하나의 멜로나이즈(Melonize)된 표면인 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구동축을 둘러싸고 지지하는 감마 베어링 수단이 볼 베어링인 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 구동축을 둘러싸고 지지하는 감마 베어링 수단이 볼 베어링인 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구동축을 둘러싸고 지지하는 감마 베어링 수단이 볼 베어링인 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펌프가 전체적으로 강(鋼)으로 만들어진 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 펌프가 전체적으로 강으로 만들어진 축방향 피스톤 펌프.
