Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 경화될 수 있는 결합제를 함유하는 중심층을 하층과 표증으로 이루어진 외층들 사이에 내설하고, 적어도 한 개의 외층이 니들 결합시킬 수 있는 섬유로 구성된 섬유층이고, 결합제가 경화되기 전에 니들 결합을 수행하여 상기 층들이 변형 될 수 있는 상태에서 섬유들에 의해서 상호 고정될 수 있도록 하고 상기 결합제가 경화될 때 경화된 중심층의 탄성률과 상이한 탄성률을 가진 복합체를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 3겹 층으로 구성된 섬유보강 복합판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 층들을 하층 및 표층에서 취한 고정섬유로 니들 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고정섬유를 표층 및 하층의 양면에서 삽입하고 서로 교호로 배열시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합된 복합체에 경화시키기 전에 슬리트 형태의 오리피스를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합체에 평행한 배열선을 따라 배설된 다수의 슬리트를 마련하되, 서로 인접해 있는 배열선의 슬리트들은 상호 오프셋 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 연신된 오리피스 또는 슬리트를 형성한 결합된 복합체를 오리피스 또는 슬리트의 종방향에 대해 횡방향으로 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 5항에 있어서, 평판 형태의 복합체를 경화시키기 전에 평면으로부터 변형시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 경화시키기 전에 복합체에 상호 연결된 수개의 오리피스 또는 슬리트를 마련하고, 상기 오리피스들 사이에는 소정의 각도가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 각각의 오리피스 또는 슬리트들 사이, 또는 이들 구역 내에 형성된 태브를 복합체의 평면으로부터 굴곡하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합체의 각각의 표면을 경화시키기 전에 펀칭에 의해서 복합체의 평면으로부터 굴곡하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니들 결합한 복합체를 경화시키기 전에 다이내에서 깊게 오므리는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 복합체의 한쪽면에 경화시키기 전에 형상을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 복합체를 경화시키기 전에 특정한 형태로 캘린더링 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 복합체의 표면을 브러쉬로 경화시키는 동안 거칠게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 복합체를 경화시키는 과정에서, 각각의 섬유의 단부를 섬유를 함유하는 각각의 층으로부터 인발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두 개의 복합체를 경화시키기 전에 다같이 니들 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 복합체를 다른 또 하나의 복합체, 특히 평판 복합체에 니들 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미결합된 복합체를 소정 형태로 성형하고 각층들을 상기 형태로 니들 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심층이 액체 상태의 결합제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시멘트를 결합제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 석고 또는 석회를 결합제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 결합된 복합체를 물로써 가습함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심층에 경화성 시멘트, 콘크리트, 석고 또는 석회 덩어리인 경화성 고점성물질을 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심층에 역청물질을 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심층에 점성질 경화성 합성수지를 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
