Claims (7)

  1. 아디프산과 적어도 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 2 내지 4개의 상이한 디올들의 혼합물과의 코폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 분자량 2500 내지 4000의 폴리에스테르 디올과 분자량 1500 내지 3000의 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌디올을 85 : 15 내지 50 : 50의 중량비로 혼합시킨 혼합물의 연질 세그멘트를 함유하는 세그멘트상 폴리우레탄(우레아)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 엘라스탄 섬유 또는 엘라스탄 사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르디올 : 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌디올의 중량비가 75 : 25 내지 60 : 40인 엘라스탄 섬유 또는 사.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르디올의 분자량이 2700 내지 3500인 엘라스탄 섬유 또는 사.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌디올의 분자량이 1700 내지 2500인 엘라스탄 섬유 또는 사.
  5. 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 중합체를 방사함을 특징으로 하여 제1항에서 청구한 바와 같은 엘라스탄 섬유 또는 사를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 언급한 폴리에스테르디올과 상기 언급한 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌디올과의 혼합물을 디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 이소시아네이트 전중합체를 형성한 다음, 전중합체를 용매중에서 디아민과 반응시켜 고점성의 방사가능한 용액으로 전환시킨 후, 이를 건식 또는 습식 방사법으로 방사하는 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르디올과 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌디올을 개별적으로 반응시켜 이들을 이소시아네이트 전중합체로 전환시킨 다음, 이들 전중합체를 함께 혼합하는 방법.
