Claims (12)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 분자상 산소의 존재하에서 촉매적 양의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 제조하는 증기상 공정.Mo12P0.1~2Bi0.01~3M0.1~3Cu0.01~2V0.01~3XaMb'c상기식에서R내지 R'''는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬기이고 ;M은 K, Rb 및 Cs 중 적어도 한가지이며 ;X는 a>0일때 Ba, Zn,Ga, Cd 및 Ti중 적어도 한가지이고 ;M'는 b>0일때 Ca, Mg, Ta, Zr, Ce, Ni, Co, Cr, Fe 및 Tl 중 적어도 한가지이며 ;a는 0 내지 약 2이고 ;b는 0 내지 약 2이며 ;c는 일반식내에 존재하는 다른 원소들과의 균형을 이루는데 필요한 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, a>0인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, M이 K 또는 Rb인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, X가 Ba, Zn, Cd 또는 Ti인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, b가 0인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, b>0인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, M'가 Ca, Mg, Tl, Ta 또는 Zr인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 P의 밑에 쓴 값이 약 0.8 내지 약 1.5이고, Bi의 밑에 쓴 값이 약 0.15 내지 1이며, M의 밑에 쓴 값이 약 0.1 내지 2이고, Cu의 밑에 쓴 값이 약 0.2 내지 0.8이며, V의 밑에 쓴 값이 약 0.2 내지 0.8인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매가 거의 100% 활성 형태인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매를 지지체로 희석하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 지지체가 저표면적 알루미나인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물이 이소부티르산인 방법.
