Claims (7)

  1. 로 내부에 장입재를 분배하기 위한 슈우트(22)가 장작되고, 장입재를 저장하기 위한 수개의 콘테이너 (28,30), 분배슈우트(22) 상으로 장입재를 도입하기 위한 방출 시스템 및 로(20)의 주동이에 설치되며 계량밸브(74)와 밀봉 밸브(76)에 의해 제어되는 유동도관을 갖는 밸브 케이지(26)를 포함하는 수직로의 장입장치에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 콘테이너(28,30)가 상호 인접하여 배치되고, 장입재가 분배슈우트(220상으로 방출되는, 로(20)의 수직축선(0)에 정렬된 1위치와 로(20)의 수직축선(0)으로부터 축방으로 떨어져서 상기 콘테이너가 충전되는 2위치간을 변위할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콘테이너(28,30)가 로(20)의 수직축선(0)에 평행한 수직축선(X)에 대해 회전할 수 있는 회전식 플랫포옴(34)상에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장비장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 콘테이너(28,30)가 여러 그룹의 스케일(40) 및 스프링을 통해 회전식 플랫포옴(34) 상에 설치된 크레이들(32)에 의해 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3향 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 각 콘테이너가 상방 밀봉밸브(106)와 하방 체크밸브(104)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 1위치에 있는 콘테이너(30)와 밸브 케이지 (26)간의 밀봉접속이 밸브케이지(26)와 로(20)의 주동이 간에 배치된 벨로우즈 조인트(78)의 팽창을 통해 밸브 케이지(26)를 위로 올림로써 달성됨을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 밸브 케이지(26)의 위로 올려짐은 이 케이지(26)상에 정착된 일련의 유압실린더(88)에 의해 이뤄지며, 이 실린더(88)의 피스톤 로드가 헤드(92)를 가지며, 체임버가 회전중일 때, 콘테이너(28,30) 각각의 측벽에 마련된, 상기 헤드와 일치되는 형상인 노치(96)가 상기 헤드와 계합됨을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 각 콘테이너(28,30)에는 장입재의 한쪽에서 가압공기를 형성하는 분기관(60)이 마련됨을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
