Description
Claims (8)
- 냉동기의 제상 시간간격의 주기를 조절하는 방법에 있어서, 냉동기의 제상작동의 시한을 표시하고, 그것에 관한 파라미터를 직접 전자적으로 검출하는 단계와, 소정의 제상주기의 한계를 표시하는 신호의 소오스로 상기 파라미터를 비교하는 단계와 상기 파라미터와 신호의 소오스간의 소정의 관계에 따라서 출력제어 신호를 발생하는 단계와 상기 제어신호에 따라서 제상 시간간격을 조정하는 단계를 가지고, 그것에 의하여 제상 시간간격이 양호하게 소정의 시한 내에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체조정 제상시간간격을 가진 냉동제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 제상주기 한 개는 8분 이하 및 12분에 같거나 12분 이상 제상주기를 가지고, 상기 제상 시간간격의 조정은 제상 주기가 8분이하일 때 제상시간간격에 2시간을 가하고, 제상주기가 12분이거나 12분이상일 때 제상시간간격으로부터 2시간을 감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정 제상주기 한계는 16분에 같거나 16분 이상의 제상주기를 더욱 포함하고, 상기 조정은 10시간 기초주기에 제상 시간간격을 설정하고, 여기에서 제상주기는 16분이거나 16분이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제상시간간격은 50시간의 최대주기와 8시간의 최소주기에 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제상주기는 12분에 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 냉동구획, 냉동구획항온기, 증발기 및 종발기히이터를 포함하는 냉동기의 전자적인 냉동제어의 장치에 있어서, 냉동구획의 냉각을 위하여 압축기의 시간과 온도의 상클을 제어하는 수단과 종발기로부터 서리를 제거하기 위하여 제상작동의 시한을 조정하는 수단을 가지고, 상기 제어하는 수단은 구획항은기로부터의 제어신호를 가지고 구획온 도감지기로부터의 출력신호를 계속적으로 비교하고, 출력신호와제어신호가 소정의 관계를 지닐 때 압축기를 작동하고, 항온기와 온도감지기의 작동을 계속적으로 확인하는 마이크로프로세서를 가지고, 조정하는 수단은 제상작동의 시한을 표시하는 파라미터를 검출하고 소정의 제상주기의 한계를 표시하는 신호의 소오스를 가지고 상기 파라미터를 비교하고, 상기 파리미터와 신호의 소오스간의 소정의 관계에 따라서 출력제어신호를 발생하고, 제상신호에 따라서 제상 시간간격을 조정하는 마이크로프로세서를 더욱 가지고 그것에 의하여 제상작동은 양호하게 미리 선택된 주기내에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체조정 제상 시간간격을 가진 냉동제어장치.
- 전자식 냉동제어를 위한 개량된 제어회로가 만일의 외부 비교기(64)와 압축기 출력구동 기능과 제상출력구동기능을 가진 마이크로 프로세서(52)를 포함하고, 상기 비교기는 제어상 온도감지더어미스터(56), 냉동구획온도감지더어미스터(62), 온도실정점을 위한 다수의 저항세트 및 바라는 냉동구획온도를 위하여 조정하는 전위차게(60)를 가지고 마이크로프로세서(52)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된제어회로.
- 제7항에 있어서, 압축기출력구동과 제상출력구동기능은 제상히이커(97)와 압축기(66)의 선택적인 작동을 위하여 제1 및 제2의 트리아크 스위치에 유효하게 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
