제1도는 지붕 개방부를 둘러싼 프레임을 가진 바를 바람직한 형태의 개방 지붕에 대하여 그리고 개방위치에서 판넬과 함께 설비된 차량의 상단에 대한 사시도. 제2도는 제1도에서 선 2-2를 따라 본 부분 횡단면도. 제3도는 제1도에서 선 3-3을 따라 본 부분 횡단면도. 제4도는 제1도에서 선 4-4를 따라 본 부분 횡단면도. 제5도는 제2 내지 4도에 설명된 기계의 하부로 부터 부 본분 저면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 차량지붕(10)은 지붕 개방부와, 지붕 개방부를 닫은 위치와 후위 테두리부가 차량지붕(10)의 높이위로 올려지는 위치 사이에서 차량의 종방향축에 대해 직각으로 그 전방 테두리 부근에 위치되는 축에 관하여 선회되어질 수 있는 판넬(12) 및 그 후위 테두리에 인접한 판넬(12)의 저부에 회전할 수 있게 설치된 하나의 끝단을 가진 버팀대(22)와 버팀대의 측면 테두리에 일련의 균일하게 간격진 기어톱니를 구성하고 있는 래크(28)와, 지붕 개방부의 후위 테두리에 인접한 차량지붕(10)의 아래에 회전할 수 있게 설치된 기어휠(30)과, 기어휠(30)과 함께 구동 맞물림으로 래크(28)를 유지하기 위한 가이드 수단(36)과, 기어휠(30)의 효과적인 회전을 위한 구동수단(44,46) 및 지붕판넬(12)에 부착되어 정지부에 마주한 버팀대(22)의 끝단에 인접되어 이는 정지수단(58,70)과, 기어휠(30)에 인접한 차량지붕(10)의 아래에 추축으로 설치되어져 있고, 기어휠(30)이 래크(28)와 맞물릴 수 있는 위치의 범위 뒤로 버팀대(22)의 이동을 방지하기 위하여 정지수단(58,70)에 맞물릴 수 있는 잠금위치로 탄력있게 기울어지게할 수 있는 잠금레버(62)를 가지며, 이 잠금레버(62)가 정지수단(58)이 통과하도록 허용되어지는 제거위치로 손으로 변위시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량지붕.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2정지수단(70)은 제1정지수단(58) 보다 버팀대(22)의 끝단에 더 인접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량지붕.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 가이드 수단은 기어휠(30)과 결속으로 래크(28)를 기울이도록 하기 위하여 버팀대(22)와 맞물리도록 설비된 스프링수단(36)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량지붕.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 기어휠(30)은 수평축에 설치된 피니온(42)에 대하여 고정되어져 있고, 구동수단은 피니온(42)에 맞물리기 위하여 수직축에 설치된 워엄휠(44)과 워엄휠(44)에 고정되어져 있는 손으로 조작할 수 있는 구동부재(46)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량지붕.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 스프링 수단(52)은 워엄휠(44)과 맞물리도록 피니온(42)을 기울이기 위하여 피니온(42)의 축에 대하여 결속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량지붕.
