제2도는 두 보조 또는 충전재층 사이의 기판층, 내벽층으로서의 할로 중합체 장벽층을 지지하고 있는 접착체층, 및 외부층의 단면부분이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 정유 및/또는 향미료를 함유하는 식품을 내장하는 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기는 기판, 내벽장벽층 및 상기 장벽층을 상기 기판에 결합시키기 위한 상기 기판과 상기 장벽층 사이의 접착제 층으로 되어있는 다층 구조로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 접착체층은 8 내지 14범위의 용해도 매개변수를 갖고 있는 중합체 또는 수지로 되어 있으며, 또한 상기 장벽층은 내장된 식품으로 부터 정유 및/또는 향미료의 통과 또는 스며듬을 실질적으로 지연시키는 할로중합체(할로겐화 중합체)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부장벽층을 가진 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제층은 일산화탄소, 아크릴산, 아세트산비닐, 메티크릴산, 말레인산, 이타콘산, 프로피온산비닐, 부티르산비닐 및 알킬기의 탄소원자수 1 내지 8의 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 단량체와 공중합된 에틸렌으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 접착체층의 비닐수지, 우레탄수지, 아크릴수지, 에폭시수지, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 층 또는 프라이머 코우팅으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  4. 제1 내지 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로 중합체는 할로겐화물이 염화물 및 또는 불화물인 할로겐화비닐, 및/또는 할로겐화 비닐리덴으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  5. 상기 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로 중합체는 염화 비닐 및/또는 염화 비닐리덴이고, 선택적으로 소량의 적어도 하나의 다른 공중합성 올레핀 또는 비닐 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  6. 상기 제1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 기판은 종이, 판지, 직포, 부직포, 금속박, 금속망사, 플라스틱 또는 수지 시이트, 플라스틱 또는 수지 망사 및 다공성 플라스틱 또는 수지로부터 선택한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  7. 상기 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 접착제의 반대측 기판에 부착된 외부층을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 외부층은 직포 또는 부직포, 다공성 플라스틱 또는 수지, 열 가소성 중합체 또는 수지, 열경화성 중합체 또는 수지, 금속박, 도료, 락커 및 인쇄된 시이트에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  8. 상기 제1 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 기판은 그의 적어도 한 표면이 보조 또는 충전재층에 결합되어 있는 주층으로 되어있는 다층 적층물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  9. 상기 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 내장된 식품은 건조된 곡류, 구어진 식품 또는 감귤쥬스로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 할로 중합체인 액체 접촉면을 갖고 있는 강성의 다층 용기에 액체를 내장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 식품의 저장기간 향미 방향 보존방법.
