Claims (11)

  1. a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아크릴산 또는 동일 반응계에서 임의로 제조한 이의 반응성 유도체를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시키거나, b) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 케톤을 일반식(Ⅴ)의 포스포노 아세트산 유도체와 반응시키거나, c) 일반식(XI)의 아크릴산 아미드에 -XY-R7그룹을 도입시키거나, d) 일반식(XIVa)또는 (XIKVb)의 화합물을 팔라듐(O)의 존재하에 일반식(XVa)또는 (XVb)의 화합물과 헥크반응(Heck reaction)시켜 그룹(A) 또는 (B)를 도입하고, 공정 a) 내지 d)에 따라 수득된 화합물을 임의로 이성체 분리를 행하고/하거나 염을 형성할 수 있는 수득된 화합물을 임의로 이들의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 임의로 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    R1은 수소; 할로겐, 시아노 또는 임의로 치환된 C1-4알킬이고,
    Q는 NR8R9또는이고,
    R2, R3, R4, R5및 R6은 동일하거나 상이할수 있으며, 수소; 할로겐; 니트로;시아노;카복시;하이드록시; C1-4알콕시카보닐;CONR10R11; NR10-CO-R11; 또는 임의로 치환된 그룹[예: C1-6알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4알킥 -S(O) p (여기서 p=0,1 또는 2), C3-7사이클로알킬, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 페닐-S(O)p(여기서 P=0,1 또는 2]일수 있고, R5및 R9는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 수소; 임의로 치환된 그룹(예:C1-4알킬, C3-7사이클로알킬, 페닐, 벤질, C3-7알케닐, C3-7알키닐 또는 알콕시알킬)이고,
    R10및 R11은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 수소, 벤질, 페닐 또는 C1-4알킬이며, 또한 헤타릴 또는 헤타릴옥시 중의 치환체로서 할로겐, 아미노 또는 모노-또는 디-저급 알킬아미노일 수 있거나, 함께-(CH2)4- 또는 -(CH2)5-이고, X-Y는 단일결합; -O-; -S(O) p - (여기서 p=0,1 또는 2); -CONR10- -NR10CO-; NR11CON10; -N=N-; -CHR10-S(O) P -; -CHR10CO-; (여기서 P=0,1,2); -SO2NR10-; -N=CH; -CnH2n-(여기서 n=1 to 10); -CH=CH-; -NR10CSNR11-; -NR10- ; -R10N-CHR11-; -CHR10NR11-; -O-CHR10-; -S(O) P -; -CHR10-(여기서 p=0,1, 2); -NR10SO2-or-OSO2-; -O2SO-; -O2S-NR10-; -C≡C-; -S-S-; -CHON-; -CO-; -CH=NO;C-CH2;C=CH-COOH; -NH-NH-; -N(O)=N-;-N=CH-; -N(R10)-N=CH-; -N(R10)-NH-CO-; -NH-CH=CH-;CH-C6H5; -COCH2O-; -CO-CH2S-;-COCH2NR10-; -OCH2CO-; -SCH2CO-; -CH=N-; -NR10CH2CO-; -CH2O-CONR10; -CH2O-CO; -S-CH2-; -CH2CO-; -CO-O; -O-CO-; -CO-S- 또는 -S-CO-이고; R7은 수소; NR10R11PO(OR10)(OR11); (CH2) q -CO-O-R10(여기서, q=0,1,2,3); 시아노; CONR10R11; SO2NR10R11;트리-저급알킬-실릴; R10및 R11에 의하여 일 또는 이치환된 헤타릴 또는 헤타릴옥시; [(1-포르밀아미노-2, 2, 2-트리클로로)에틸)]아미노; 1-(3, 4-디메톡시페닐)-3-(모르폴린-4-일)-프로프--1엔-3-은; 임의로 치환된 그룹(예: 페닐, 산소 및/또는 황원자에 의해 임의로 차단된 탄소수 12까지의 알킬, 산소 및/또는 황원자 및/또는 질소원자에 의해 임의로 차단된 사이클로알킬, 페닐-치환된 C1-3알킬, C2-6알케닐, C2-6알키닐, C5-8사이클로알케닐 도는 나프틸)이며, X-Y가 단일결합인 경우, R7과 R6은 또한 서로 함께 인접한, 임의로 다치환된 일반식-(CH2)n-E-(여기서, n=2또는 3), -(CH=CH)-D 또는(여기서, e=0 또는 1) [여기서, E는 CH2: O : S 또는 NR10이고, D는 CH2: O : S:NR10:-CH2-CH2-또는 -CH=CH-이다]의 가교결합일 수 있으며, R′는 저급알킬 그룹이고, Z 는 수소 또는 그룹-XY-R7에 의하여 치환될 수 있거나 이런 그룹으로 전환할 수 있는 치환체이다. [단, 일반식(XIVa)및 (XIVb)에 있어서, A및 B는 브롬 또는 요오드에 의해 치환되지 않으며, 일반식(XYa)및 (XVb)에 있어서, A 및 B는 요오드 또는 브롬을 추가로 함유하지 않는다] 이며, Hal은 브롬 또는 요오드이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A가 3, 4,-디메톡시페닐, 3-에톡시-4-메톡시메틸, 3-클로로-4-메톡시페닐, 3-메틸-4-메톡시페닐, 3-브로모-4-메톡시페닐, 3-에틸-4-메톡시페닐, 3, 4, -디메틸페닐, 3, 5-디클로로-4-아미노페닐이고, B, Q및 R1은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, Q가 NR8R9(여기서, R8및 R9C1-4알킬이다), 또는 모르폴리노 그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, B가단일결합, 산소, 황, -CH2O-, -OCH2- 또는 -N=N-이다)인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R5및 R6는 수소이고, -X-Y-는 단일결합, 산소, 황 또는 -N=N-이며 R7은 임의로 치환된 페닐, 임의로 치환된 C1-12알킬, 산소 및/또는 황 및/또는 NR10에 의하여 1회 또는 수회 임의로 차단된 임의로 치환되고 임의로 임의로 하이드록시-치환되거나 C1-4알킬-치환된 C3-7사이클로알킬, 또는 R10및 R11에 의하여 2번까지 임의로 치환된 헤타릴인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 3-[4-(4-클로로페녹시)-페닐]-3(3, 4-디메톡시페닐)-아크릴산 모르폴라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 3-[4-n-부틸페닐)-페닐]-3-(3, 4-디메톡시페닐)-아크릴산 모르폴라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(비페닐-4-일)-(3, 4-디메톡시페닐)-아크릴산 모르폴라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 3-[4-(4-클로로페닐)-페닐]-3-(3, 4-디메톡시페닐)-아크릴산메틸-에틸아미드를 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 3-(비페닐-4-일)-3-(3, 4-디메톡시페닐)-아크릴산메틸-에틸아미드를 제조하는 방법.
