Claims (1)
- 2-아미노-5-플루오로아세토페논을 비양자성 용매 존재하에서 N-브로모숙신이미드와 반응시켜 2-아미노-3-브로모-5-플루오로아세토페논을 생성하고; 2-아미노-3-브로모-5-플루오로아세토페논을 산 존재하에서 질산 나트륨과 반응시켜 3-브로모-5-플루오로아세토 페논을 생성하고; 3-브로모-5-플루오로아세토페논을 환류온도에서 불활성 유기 용매 존재하에서, 시안화제일구리와 반응시켜 3-시아노-5-플루오로아세토페논을 전환시키고; 3-시아노-5-플루오로아세토 페논을 초산에 용해된 브롬화 수소산의 촉매량을 포함하는 염소화 탄화수소 용매에 분산시키고, 3-시아노-5-플루오로아세토 페논을 환류온도까지 가열하고, 브롬으로 처리하여 3-시아노-5-플루오로펜아실 브로마이드를 생성하고: 3-시아노-5-플루오로펜아실 브로마이드를 알코올에 분산시키고 촉매 존재하에서 환원제와 반응시켜 3-(2-브로모-1-히드록시에틸)-5-플루오로벤조니트릴을 생성하고; 3-(2-브로모-1-히드록시에틸)-5-플루오로벤조니트릴을 에틴올 존재하에서 3차-부틸아민 또는 이소프로필 아민과 반응시켜 3-[2-(3차-부틸아미노)-1-히드록시-에틸]-5-플루오로벤조니트릴 또는 3-플루오로-5-[1-히드록시-2-(이소프로필아미노)에틸]-벤조니트릴로 전환시키는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 구조식(I)의 화합물로 이루어지는 동물사료 조성물의 제조방법.상기식에서 R은 이소프로필 또는 3차-부틸이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
