Claims (9)
- 다음 일반식(I)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논:상기 식에서, R1은 수소, C2-C10-알킬, C2-C10-알켄일, C2-C10-알킨일, C1-C10-할로알킬, C1-C10-히드록시알킬, C2-C14-알콕시알킬, C2-C14-알킬티오알킬, C3-C7-시클로알킬, C1-C4-알킬카르보닐옥시-C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알킬카르보닐옥시-C1-C4-알킬, 비치환되거나 또는 페닐부분에 할로겐-, C1-C4-알킬-또는 C1-C4-알콕시-치환된 페닐아미노카르보닐옥시-C1-C4-알킬, 비치환 되거나 또는 페닐부분에 할로겐-, C1-C4-알킬-또는 C1-C4-알콕시-치환된 페닐아미노카르보닐-C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알킬카르보닐옥시-C1-C4-알킬, 히드록시카르보닐-C1-C4-알킬, 아미노카르보닐-C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알킬아미노카르보닐-C1-C4-알킬, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카르보닐-C1-C4-알킬, 할로겐-C3-C4-알킨일, 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐-또는 C1-C4-알킬-치환된 헤테로아릴(1 또는 2개의 질소원자를 갖음), 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐-, 히드록실-, 니트로-, 아미노-, C1-C4-알킬아미노-, 디-C1-C4-알킬아미노-, 시아노-, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시-, C1-C4-할로알콕시-, C1-C4-할로알킬-, C1-C4-알킬티오-또는 C1-C4-할로알킬티오-치환된 페닐 또는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐 치환된 벤질이고, R2,R3,R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 다른 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 히드록실, 아미노, C1-C4-알킬아미노, 디-C1-C4-알킬아미노, C1-C6알킬, C1-C5-할로알킬, C1-C5-알콕시, C1-C5-할로알콕시, C1-C5-알킬티오, C1-C5-할로알킬티오, C2-C10-알콕시알킬, 카르복실, C2-C6-알콕시카르보닐, C2-C6-알카노일옥시, C2-C6-할로알카노일옥시, C1-C4-알킬카르보닐아미노, C1-C4-알킬아미노카르보닐, 디(C1-C4-알킬) 아미노카르보닐, 또는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐-, 트리플루오로메틸-, 니트로-, 시아노-, 아미노-, C1-C4-알콕시-, C1-C4-알킬티오- 또는 C1-C5-할로알킬티오- 치환된 페닐 또는 헤테로아릴이고, 그리고 추가하여 이들이 결합한 페닐고리의 2개의 탄소원자와 함께 R3및 R4는 헤테로시클릭고리 또는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐-, 니트로-, 시아노-, 아미노-, 히드록실-, 트리플루오로메틸-, C1-C6알킬, C1-C5-알콕시-C1-C5-할로알킬티오-, C1-C5-할로알콕시-또는 C1-C5-알킬티오-치환된 젠젠 또는 나프탈렌고리이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C2-C4-알킬 또는 C2-C4-알켄일인 식(I)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2내지 R5가 같거나 또는 다르고, 각각 수소, 히드록시 또는 할로겐을 나타내는식(I)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논.
- 불활성 용해제중에서 프리델-크라프톤 촉매의 존재하에 다음 식(Ⅱ)의 할로겐화 5-아릴메틸피라졸-4-일 카르보닐을 반응시키고, 얻어진 다음식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 희석제의 존재하에 통상의 방법으로 산화제와 반응시켜 식(I)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논을 얻음을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 정의한 식(I)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논의 제조방법:식중, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 제1항에 정의한 바와 같고, Hal는 할로겐이다.식중, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 상기에 정의한 바와 같다.
- 다음 일반식(Ia)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논을 함유하는 제초제:식중, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 제1항에 정의한 바와 같고, R1은 추가로 수소 또는 메틸일수있다.
- 제5항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C4-알킬 또는 C2-C4-알켄일을 나타내는 일반식(Ia)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논을 함유하는 제초제.
- 제5항에 있어서, R2내지 R5가 같거나 또는 다르고, 각각 수소, 히드록시, 할로겐, 니트로 시아노, 아미노, C1-C4-알킬아미노 또는 디-C1-C4-알킬아미노를 나타내는 식(Ia)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논을 함유하는 제초제.
- 불활성 첨가제 및 제5항에 정의한 식(Ia)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논을 함유하는 제초제.
- 제5항에 정의한 식(Ia)의 나프틴다졸-4,9-퀴논의 제초적으로 효과적인 양을 해충 및/또는 이들의 경작지에 작용하도록 사용함을 특징으로 하는 잡초성장을 박멸하기위한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
