Claims (5)
- 아래 일반식(I)의 아미노아크리딘-α,β-(D)-그리고-(L)-N- 글리코시드 유도체를 제조함에 있어서, 물을 함유하는 극성용매내에서 일반식(III)의 화합물과 헥소스, 펜토스, 대속시-, 대속시아미노-, N-아세틸-헥소스, -펜토스 및/ 또는 N-메틸화된 아미노당을 반응시켜 생성물을 분리하고, 모노-, 디-, 및 트리글리코시드를 분리하고, 모노글리코시드를 상술한 방법으로 반응시켜 디- 또는 트리글리코시드를 제조하거나 또 생성화합물인 일반식(I)의 화합물의 염을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 아미노아크리딘-α-β-(D)-그리고-(L)-N-글리코시드 유도체의 제조방법.상기 식에서, R는 수소 또는 디메칠아미노그룹 또는 일반식(II)의 그룹이며,일반식(II)에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸그룹이며, R2는 수소 또는 당잔기이다.그리고 2개의 치환기중 X는 동일 또는 다르며, 수소, 또는 디메틸아미노그룹, 일반식(II)의 그룹을 나타내거나 할로겐, 탄소수 1-4개의 알킬그룹, 탄소수 1-4개의 알콕시그룹을 나타내고, 니트로-, 시아노-, 카르보메틸-, 카르바모일-, 페닐-을 나타내며 또는 탄소수 1-4개의 알킬페닐 그룹을 나타낸다.n은 0 또는 1이고 P는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.A는 음이온이며 바람직하기로는 할로겐음이온 단, 치환기 R, X 그리고 X의 적어도 하나는 R2(당잔기)가 있는 일반식(II)의 그룹으로 표시하며, R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1-5개의 알킬그룹이다.상기 식에서, Z는 아미노-, 메틸아미노-, 또는 디메틸아미노그룹 또는 수소이며, 2개의 치환기 Y는 동일 또는 다르며 수소, 아미노-, 메틸아미노-, 또는 디메틸아미노 그룹으로 나타내거나 할로겐 탄소수 1-4개의 알킬- 또는 알콕시그룹으로 나타내거나 니트로-, 시아노-, 카르보메톡시-, 카르바모일-, 페닐-, 또는 탄소수 1-4개의 알킬페닐그룹으로 나타낸다. n은 0 또는 1이며, P는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.A는 음이온이며 바람직하기로는 할로겐음이온 단, 치환기 Z, Y 그리고 Y의 적어도 하나는 비치환 또는 모노치환된 아미노그룹 또는 그들의 산부가염이다.
