Claims (14)
- 비결정질, 결정질 또는 이들의 혼합상으로 구성되는 초급냉 합금 매트릭스중에, 제2상 입자 적어도 한가지 종류를 3차원적으로 균일하게 분산시킨 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스를 구성하는 합금 모재를 가열 용융시킨 후, 합금 모재가 응고하기 전에, 불활성 가스로 이루어진 분사매체와 함께 상기 제2상 입자를 합금모재를 향해 분사 분산시킨 후 냉각시켜, 제2상입자를 함유하는 잉곳을 만들고, 이 잉곳을 제2상 입자가 용해되지 않을 정도로 다시 용융시킨 후 초급냉응고시켜 초급냉 합금 매트릭스 중에 제2상 입자를 3차원적으로 균일하게 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스가 코발트를 주성분으로 하는 코발트계 비결정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스가 철을 주성분으로 하는 철계 비결정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스가 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 니켈계 비결정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 탄소 또는 탄화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2상 입자가 탄화 텅그스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 질화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 붕화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스가 알곤인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉곳의 재용융물을 고속회전하는 두 개의 로울러의 접합면에 분출시켜 초급냉 응고시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉곳의 재용융물을 고속회전하는 한 개의 로울러의 주면에 분출시켜 초급냉 응고시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2상 입자 분산형 초급냉 합금의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
