Description
Claims (14)
- 0.91g/㎤ 이하의 밀도 및 140,000kPa 이하의 1% 전단강도를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체를 제조하는 연속방법에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 94% 이상의 중합화된 에틸렌과 최소 6%의 중합화된 탄소원자 3-8개를 갖는 알파 올레핀을 포함하며, 10℃-80℃의 온도범위와 7000kPa보다 크지 않은 압력으로 유동상 반응내에서, (1) 에틸렌 및 탄소원자 3-8개를 갖는 최소한 하나의 고단위알파 올레핀을 알파올레핀과 에틸렌의 몰비가 0.35:1정도를 이루게하면서, (2) 최소한 하나의 희석기체의 최소 25%를 차지하는 기체혼합물을 연속적으로 촉매 시스템의 입자들과 접촉시키는데, 이들 촉매시스템에는 MgmTi(OR)nXp[ED]q구조, 여기서 R은 탄소원자 1-14개를 포함하는 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 COR′(R′는 탄소원자 1-14개를 포함하는 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소), X는 Cl,Br,I 및 이들 혼합물등으로 구성되는 그룹에서 택한 것이고, ED는 지방족 및 방향족 산의 알킬 에스테르, 지방족에테르, 씨클릭 에테르, 지방족 케톤 등으로 구성되는 그룹에서 택한 것이고, m는 0.5-56, n은 0.1- 또는 2, p는 2-116, q는 2-85를 갖는 전구 조성물이 포함되어 있으며, 상기 전구조성물은 불활성 전달물질로 희석되고, Al(R″)dX′eHf 구조, 여기서 X′는 Cl 또는 OR″′, R″와 R″′는 탄소원자 1-14개를 갖는 포화된 탄화수소기, e는 0-1.5, f는 0 또는 1, d+e+f=3를 갖는 유기 알루미늄 화합물로 완전히 반응시키며, 상기 반응 화합물이 반응대내에서 전체 알루미늄 대 티타늄 몰비가 10:1내지 400:1이 되는 양이 적용되는 것 등이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구 조성물을 불활성 전달물질과 기계적 혼련을 하고, 혼련된 혼합물중 전구 조성물이 3-50%의 중량비를 갖고 있는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 전달물질에 전구 조성물을 흡수시키며, 흡수된 이동물질중 전구 조성물이 3-50%의 중량비를 갖고 있는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 항에 있어서, 불활성 전달물질이 실리카인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기체혼합물이 수소 대 에틸렌의 몰비가 0.01:1내지 0.5:1이 되게끔 충분한 양의 수소를 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 항에 있어서, 기체 혼합물이 희석기체의 33-95몰%를 포함하고 이 혼합물내에 있는 고단위 알파올레핀과 에틸렌의 몰비가 0.6:1내지 7.0:1을 이루고 있는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 항에 있어서, 기체혼합물 중 최소한 하나의 디엔이 0.1-10몰%를 차지하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 디엔이 에틸렌 노르보르넨인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서 X 및 X′가 Cl이고 (ED)가 테트라히드로 푸란이며, n이 0, m이 1.5-5, p가 6-14, q가 3-10인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 전구조성물이 마그네슘 클로라이드, 티타늄 트리클로라이드 및 테트라히드로푸란으로 구성되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 전구 조성물이 마그네슘 클로라이드, 티타늄테트라클로라이드 및 테트라히드로 푸란으로 구성되는 것이 통징인 방법.
