제3도는 제1도에 도시한 냉동기의 냉동터널에 제2도에 도시한 리본오거를 조립한 상태의 단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 식료품을 예비냉각하는 냉각터널과,
    (1) 전기한 냉각터널에서 예비 냉각된 식료품을 액화 냉동제에 침수시키는 침수부,
    (2) 전기한 액화냉동제에 침수된 식료품을 전기한 액화 냉동제에서 증발된 증기와 접촉시키는 평 형부.
    (3) 전기한 식료품을 액화냉동제로부터 평형부를 통하여 이송하는 수단을 구비한 냉동터널로 구성된 냉동기에 있어서, 전기한 이송수단이 전기한 식료품을 액화질소로부터 건져내어 평형부를 통하여 이송하는 리본오거인것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식료품이 전기한 액화냉동제에서 배출될 때에는 비교적 신속하게 이송되고 전기한 평형부를 대형피치부와 소형피치부로 구성된 리본오거를 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 액화질소에 잠겨서 회전하는 부분이 두개의 시발점으로 되어 있는 리본 오거를 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 리본오거의 후미단에 냉동터널의 직경과 거의 일치하는 크기의 배플판이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 리본오거의 종축이 수평으로부터 10°내지 30°경사진것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 리본오거가 수평으로부터 20°내지 25°기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 냉동터널이 선회가능하게 장착되고, 냉동터널을 수평위치로부터 경사위치로 선회시키는 수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 냉동터널에서 증발되는 기체상의 냉동제를 냉각터널로 공급하는 도관이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 전기한 도관을 통한 기체상 냉동제의 흐름을 제어하는 한개이상의 흐름조절 팬이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  10. (1) 전기한 냉각터널에서 예비 냉각된 식료품이 액화 냉동제에 침수되는 침수부.
    (2) 전기한 액화냉동제에 침수된 식료품을 전기한 액화냉동제에서 증발된 증기와 접촉시키는 평형부.
    (3) 전기한 식료품을 액화 냉동제로부터 평형부를 통하여 이송하는 수단으로 구성된 냉동터널에 있어서, 전기한 수단이 리본 오거인것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  11. 제1항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상단에는 증발된 액화냉동제를 분출시키는 수단이 설치되고 하단은 액화냉동제의 수면아래에 해당하는 냉동터널의 저부와 연통된 상향절연관으로 구성되어 전기한 냉동터널 내의 액화냉동제 수면을 일정하게 유지하는 장치와, 전기한 절연관내에서 액화냉동제의 양을 측정하여 전기한 냉동터널로 공급되는 액화냉동제의 흐름을 제어하는 수단을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 절연과내부를 공급되는 액화 냉동제의 유속을 제한함으로써 냉동터널내의 액화냉동제 수면이 일시적으로 교환되는 것을 완충하는 수단을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
