Description
Claims (11)
- 일반식(III)의 아미노케톤을 시아네이트 또는 티오시아네이트염과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 T가 산소원자인 생성물을 오황화인과 반응시켜 T가 이가의 황원자인 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라 R이 수소인 생성물을 아실 할라이드 또는 알킬화제와 반응시켜 R이 수소 이외의 기인 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라 수득한 생성물을 금속 염기염 또는 무기 또는 유기산과 반응시켜 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 염을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서Q 및 T는 각각 산소원자 또는 이가의 황원자이며, R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알카노일 또는 벤조일이며, R1은 수소 또는 저급알킬이며, Ar은 임의 치환된 피리딜, 피릴, 티에닐, 푸라닐 또는 임의 치환된 페닐이다.
- 일반식(IV)의 이미다졸-2-온을 루이스산 촉매 존재하에서 아로일 할라이드와 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 T가 산소원자인 생성물을 오황화인과 반응시켜 T가 이가의 황원자인 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라 R이 수소인 생성물을 아실 할라이드 또는 알킬화제와 반응시켜 R이 수소 이외의 기인 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라 수득된 화합물을 금속 염기염 또는 무기 또는 유기산과 반응시켜 약제학적으로 허용 할 수 있는 염을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여 Q가 산소원자인 일반식(I)의 아로일 이미다졸-2-온을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서Q는 산소원자이고, T는 산소원자 또는 이가의 황원자이며, R1은 수소, 또는 저급알킬이며, R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알카노일 또는 벤조일이며, Ar은 임의 치환된 피리딜, 피릴, 티에닐 푸라닐 또는 임의 치환된 페닐이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ar이 저급알킬, 할로겐 또는 저급알콕시로 임의 치환된 2- 또는 4-피리딜인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ar이 저급알킬, 할로겐 또는 저급알콕시로 임의 치환된 4-피리딜인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, Ar이 비치환된 4-피리딜인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ar이 비치환된 4-피리딜이고 R이 수소이며, R1이 수소인 1,3-디하이드로-4-이소니코티노일-2H-이미다졸-2-온을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ar이 비치환된 4-피리딜이고 R이 수소이며, R1이 메틸인 1,3-디하이드로-4-이소니코노일-5-메틸-2H-이미다졸-2-온을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Ar이 비치환된 4-피리딜이고 R이 수소이며, R1이 에틸인 1,3-디하이드로-4-에틸-5-이소니코티노일-2H-이미다졸-2-온을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
