Claims (5)

  1. 미셀라를 미물질로 오염시키지 않고 기름함량이 많은 종자로 부터 기름을 추출하기 위한 완전 침지방법에 있어서,
    a) 약 10-25중량%의 물을 함유하고 미세하게 분쇄된 기름성분이 많은 종자를 기름용매에 분산시켜 고체-용매 분산액을 만들고;
    b) 기름 용매를 추가로 첨가하여 고체-용매 분산액으로 부터 기름을 추출하고;
    c) 기름과 함께 기름 용매를 불용성 물질과 분리하고;
    d) 기름용매와 기름 혼합액으로 부터 기름을 회수하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기름 성분이 많은 종자로 부터 기름을 추출하기 위한 완전 침지방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기름을 추출하기전에 고체-용매 분산액을 분쇄단계에 더 도입하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 기름과 기름용매 혼합액이 하이드로 싸이클론의 수단에 의해서 불용성 물질로 부터 분리되는 방법.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 기름성분이 많은 종자가 바바수씨, 아마인씨, 땅콩, 평지씨, 참깨씨 및 해바라기씨로 부터 선정되는 방법.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 기름 용매가 헥산인 방법.
