Claims (17)
- (a) CO와 H2로 구성된 가스 혼합물을 합성기에 주입 :(b) 메탄올, 고급알콜, 물 및 미반응가스로 구성된 반응 혼합물을 냉각(c) 냉각된 혼합물을 전환 반응기에 송환 :(d) 메탄올, 고급알콜, 미반응가스, 이산화탄소와 미량의 물로 구성된 반응생성물을 냉각 :(e) 연료급 알콜 혼합물로 구성된 액상과 CO,H2와 CO2로 구성된 반응생성물을 냉각 :(f) 기체상은 흡수기에 보내서 CO2를 제거하고 정제된 가스의 일부는 재순환되고 일부는 불활성 물질의 축적을 피하기 위하여 배출시킴 :(g) 액상은 배출가스를 세정제로서 사용하는 세정기에 보내서 액상내에 용해된 가스를 제거 및(h) 정제된 액상을 흡수 액체로서 사용하기 위하여 흡수기에 송환하는 단계들로 구성된 "연료급"의 메탄올과 고급알콜 혼합물의 제조방법
- 합성 반응기를 300-500℃의 온도에서 조작하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 합성 반응기가 150ata 이상의 압력에서 조작되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 온도를 360°-420C 내에서 선택한 청구범위 2에 따른 방법.
- 압력이 200ata 이상인 청구범위 3에 따른 방법.
- 합성 반응기에 200°-300℃의 온도에서 조작되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 합성 반응기가 30-150ata의 압력에서 조작되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 온도는 230°-270℃에서 선택되는 청구범위 6에 따른 방법.
- 압력을 50-100ata에서 선택한 청구범위 7에 따른 방법.
- 전환 반응을 150°-250℃의 온도에서 조작하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 온도를 160°-220℃에서 선택한 청구범위 10에 따른 방법.
- 전환 반응기를 합성 반응기와 동일한 압력에서 조작하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 합성 반응을 알카리 금속이나 알카리 토금속으로 변형시킨 아연과 크롬으로 기초로 한 촉매의 존재하에 실시하는 청구범위 2와 3에 따른 방법.
- 합성반응을 동 Al,Cr,V 및 Mn을 함유하여 알카리 금속이나 토금속을 변형시킨 동, 아연을 기초로 한 촉매의 존재하에서 실시하는 청구범위 6과 7에 따른 방법.
- 전환반응을 동을 기초로한 촉매의 존재하에 실시하는 청구범위 10과 12에 따른 방법.
- 흡수 액체를 저압으로 하거나 또는 세정탑에 재순환시킴에 의하여 흡수된 가스로부터 유리 및 재생시키는 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- CO2의 흡수탑이 합성 반응기와 동일한 압력에서 작동되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
