Claims (1)
- 분자상태의 산소를 함유한 기체를 이용하여 5~12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 고리형 사이클로알칸을 액체상에서 산화시켜 사이클로알킬하이드로과산화물과 산이 함유된 산화혼합물을 얻은 후, 사이클로알킬하이드로 과산화물을 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액 존재하에서 금속염과 함께 처리함으로써 사이클로알카놀과 사이클로알카논의 혼합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서; 상기 산화혼합물중의 적어도 일부산이 알칼리금속 수산화물 및 알칼리금속 탄산염으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 중화제 수용액으로 중화처리되어 사이클로알킬하이드로 과산화물과 25℃ 온도에서 pH 8~13인 중화단계의 수상을 포함한 중화 유기상이 만들어지고, 이 중화 유기상을 중화단계의 수상과 분리하는 중화단계와, 분해단계 수상중의 히드록실 이온농도가 0.1~2N을 유지할 만큼의 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액 존재하에서, 0.1~1000ppm(분해단계 수상의 중량대비 금속중량)의 수용성 천이 금속염으로 상기 중화 유기상을 처리하여, 적어도 그중에 포함된 사이클로알킬하이드로 과산화물의 일부가 분해되어, 사이클로알카놀과 사이클로알카논 및 분해단계의 수상을 포함한 분해단계 유기상을 만드는 분해단계의 결합으로 구성되며, 중화단계에서 쓰이는 중화제의 일부는 분해단계에서 생성된 분해단계 수상의 일부로 충당되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클로알카놀과 사이클로알카논의 혼합물 제조방법.
