Claims (8)
- 산소 분자 포함 가스로 사이클로 헥산을 산화하여 사이클로 헥실 하이드로퍼록사이드가 함유된 산화 혼합물을 생성하고, 이 산화 혼합물을 알칼리 금속수산화물 수용액 존재하에서 금속염으로 처리하여 사이클로헥실하이드로 퍼록사이드를 분해함으로써 사이클로헥사놀과 사이클로헥사논을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 산화혼합물의 처리가 70-115℃의 온도에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 사이클로헥사놀 및 사이클로 헥사논의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 혼합물의 처리가 역류 칼럼에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화 혼합물의 처리에 사용되는 알칼리 금속수산화물의 양은 상기 분해후 수성상내의 OH-농도가 0.01N 이하로 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반 탱크 반응기내의 산화혼합물 처리에 사용되는 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 양은 분해 후 수성상내의 OH-농도가 1-1.8N이 되는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 산화 혼합물 처리에 사용되는 금속염은 코발트 또는 크롬의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성상에 대하여 금속으로 계산하여 금속염이 1-200중량ppm 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 혼합물의 처리시처리될 산화 혼합물을 환류 냉각 또는 냉각시킴으로써 원하는 온도가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 유기상 1ℓ당 0.01-0.5ℓ의 수성상이 적용됨으로써 산화혼합물의 처리가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
