Claims (10)
- 방향족 비닐 단량체 유래 반복단위 20 중량% 내지 60 중량%, 제1 공액디엔계 단량체 유래 반복단위 35 중량% 내지 75 중량% 및 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 유래 반복단위 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%를 포함하고, 100 ℃에서의 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity, MV)가 30 내지 120인 제1 공액디엔계 공중합체; 및
α-메틸스티렌 단량체 유래 반복단위 20 중량% 내지 60 중량% 및 제2 공액디엔계 단량체 유래 반복단위 40 중량% 내지 80 중량%를 포함하고, 100 ℃에서의 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity, MV)가 120 초과 내지 200 이하인 제2 공액디엔계 공중합체를 포함하는 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 비닐 단량체는 스티렌, 3-메틸스티렌, 4-메틸스티렌, 4-프로필스티렌, 1-비닐나프탈렌, 4-사이클로헥실스티렌, 4-(p-메틸페닐)스티렌 및 1-비닐-5-헥실나프탈렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체는 히드록시 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 히드록시 프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 히드록시 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공액디엔계 공중합체는 100 ℃에서의 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity, MV)가 60 내지 90인 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 공액디엔계 공중합체는 100 ℃에서의 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity, MV)가 160 내지 180인 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물 전체 함량에 대하여, 상기 제1 공액디엔계 공중합체의 함량은 10 중량% 내지 90 중량%이고, 상기 제2 공액디엔계 공중합체의 함량은 10 중량% 내지 90 중량%인 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물. - 방향족 비닐 단량체 20 중량% 내지 60 중량%, 제1 공액디엔계 단량체 35 중량% 내지 75 중량% 및 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 제1 단량체 혼합물을 유화 중합시켜, 100 ℃에서의 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity, MV)가 30 내지 120인 제1 공액디엔계 공중합체를 제조하는 단계(S10);
α-메틸스티렌 단량체 20 중량% 내지 60 중량% 및 제2 공액디엔계 단량체 유래 반복단위 40 중량% 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 제2 단량체 혼합물을 유화 중합시켜, 100 ℃에서의 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity, MV)가 120 초과 내지 200 이하인 제2 공액디엔계 공중합체를 제조하는 단계(S20); 및
상기 (S10) 단계에서 제조된 제1 공액디엔계 공중합체 및 상기 (S20) 단계에서 제조된 제2 공액디엔계 공중합체를 혼합하는 단계(S30)를 포함하는 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공액디엔계 공중합체 조성물을 포함하는 원료 고무를 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물은 상기 원료 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 실리카계 충진제 1 중량부 내지 200 중량부를 포함하는 고무 조성물. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 상기 실리카계 충진제는 습식 실리카, 건식 실리카, 규산칼슘, 규산알루미늄 및 콜로이드 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 고무 조성물.
