Abstract
망간 및 칼륨을 포함하고 크립토멜레인 구조를 갖는 망간계 산화물과, 산화구리를 포함하는 혼합 산화물을 함유하는, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. 폴리머 필름 제조로에서 폴리머 필름을 제조할 때에 발생하는 휘발성 및/또는 승화성 유기물을 포함하는 열풍을, 노내 또는 노외에 형성한 상기 촉매에, 200 ∼ 350 ℃ 의 온도 범위에서 접촉시켜, 상기 유기물을 산화 분해하는 공정 1 과, 생성된 분해 가스의 전부 또는 일부분을 상기 폴리머 필름 제조로로 환류하는 공정 2 를 포함하는, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화 방법.

Claims (9)
- 망간 및 칼륨을 포함하고 크립토멜레인 구조를 갖는 망간계 산화물과,
산화구리
를 포함하는 혼합 산화물을 함유하는, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
산화구리의 함유율이 상기 혼합 산화물에 대해, CuO 로서 10 ∼ 30 중량% 인, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
망간의 함유율이 상기 혼합 산화물에 대해, MnO2 로서 65 ∼ 85 중량% 인, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
칼륨의 함유율이 상기 혼합 산화물에 대해, 0.1 ∼ 10 중량% 인, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 산화물의 표면적 (BET 표면적) 이, 200 ㎡/g 이상인, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 산화물의 500 ℃ 에 있어서 1 시간 가열 후의 표면적 (BET 표면적) 이, 85 ㎡/g 이상인, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스는, 폴리머 필름을 제조할 때에 발생하는 휘발성 및/또는 승화성 유기물을 포함하는, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
촉매 지지체에 담지되어 이루어지는, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화용 촉매. - 폴리머 필름 제조로에서 폴리머 필름을 제조할 때에 발생하는 휘발성 및/또는 승화성 유기물을 포함하는 열풍을, 노내 또는 노외에 형성한 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉매에, 180 ∼ 350 ℃ 의 온도 범위에서 접촉시켜, 상기 유기물을 산화 분해하는 공정 1 과, 생성된 분해 가스의 전부 또는 일부분을 상기 폴리머 필름 제조로로 환류하는 공정 2 를 포함하는, 폴리머 필름 제조로 내 가스의 정화 방법.
