Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 기재인 소지 강판과,
상기 소지 강판 상에 형성된 용융 아연계 도금층과,
적어도 편면의 상기 용융 아연계 도금층 상에 형성된 표면 처리층
을 구비하고,
상기 표면 처리층은 900 내지 1300K의 온도 영역에 있어서, 동일 온도에서의 산화물의 표준 생성 자유에너지(ΔG0)가 산화아연의 표준 생성 자유에너지(ΔG0 Zn)보다도 작고, 또한 산화 알루미늄의 표준 생성 자유에너지(ΔG0 Al)보다도 큰 입상의 산화물을 금속 환산으로 편면당 0.1g/m2 이상 1.2g/m2 이하 함유하고,
상기 입상의 산화물 입경은 3nm 이상 100nm 이하인 용융 아연계 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리층은 인 함유 화합물, 바나듐 함유 화합물, 구리 함유 화합물, 알루미늄 함유 화합물 또는 크롬 함유 화합물 중 적어도 어느 하나를 편면당 함유량으로서 이하에 나타내는 범위로 더 함유하는 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
인 함유 화합물: P 환산으로 0.0g/m2 이상 0.01g/m2 이하
바나듐 함유 화합물: V 환산으로 0.0g/m2 이상 0.01g/m2 이하
구리 함유 화합물: Cu 환산으로 0.0g/m2 이상 0.02g/m2 이하
알루미늄 함유 화합물: Al 환산으로 0.0g/m2 이상 0.005g/m2 이하
크롬 함유 화합물: Cr 환산으로 0.0g/m2 이상 0.01g/m2 이하 - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소지 강판은 질량%로
C: 0.05 내지 0.4%
Si: 0.5% 이하
Mn: 0.5 내지 2.5%
P: 0.03% 이하
S: 0.01% 이하
sol.Al: 0.1% 이하
N: 0.01% 이하
B: 0 내지 0.005%
Ti: 0 내지 0.1%
Cr: 0 내지 0.5%
Nb: 0 내지 0.1%
Ni: 0 내지 1.0%
Mo: 0 내지 0.5%
를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 갖는 용융 아연계 도금 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소지 강판은 질량%로
C: 0.05 내지 0.4%
Si: 0.5% 이하
Mn: 0.5 내지 2.5%
P: 0.03% 이하
S: 0.01% 이하
sol.Al: 0.1% 이하
N: 0.01% 이하
B: 0 내지 0.005%
Ti: 0 내지 0.1%
Cr: 0% 초과 0.5% 이하
Nb: 0 내지 0.1%
Ni: 0 내지 1.0%
Mo: 0 내지 0.5%
를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 갖고 있으며, 또한
Mn+Cr: 0.5 내지 3.0%
의 관계를 충족하는 용융 아연계 도금 강판. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입상의 산화물은 금속 산화물인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입상의 산화물은 티타늄의 산화물 또는 규소의 산화물인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입상의 산화물의 입경은 5nm 이상 30nm 이하인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입상의 산화물의 함유량은 금속 환산으로 편면당 0.2g/m2 이상 0.8g/m2 이하인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리층은 또한 900 내지 1300K의 온도 영역에 있어서, 동일 온도에서의 산화물의 표준 생성 자유에너지(ΔG0)가 산화 알루미늄의 표준 생성 자유에너지(ΔG0 Al)보다도 작은 알칼리 토금속의 산화물을 금속 환산으로 편면당 0.05g/m2 이상 0.35g/m2 이하 함유하는 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토금속의 산화물은 칼슘의 산화물 또는 마그네슘의 산화물인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토금속의 산화물 함유량은 금속 환산으로 편면당 0.05g/m2 이상 0.2g/m2 이하인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열간 프레스용 용융 아연계 도금 강판인 용융 아연계 도금 강판.
