Claims (17)
- 조성물의 축합 반응 생성물인 겔로서, 상기 조성물은

중합체 (i) 내의 하이드록실 및/또는 가수분해성 기 대 (ii)로부터의 가수분해성 기의 몰 비는 모노실란 가교결합제를 사용하면 0.5:1 내지 1:1이거나 또는 다이실란을 사용하면 0.75:1 내지 3:1이고 M-OR (여기서, M은 티타늄 또는 지르코늄임) 또는 주석(II) 작용체 대 중합체 (i) 내의 상기 하이드록실 및/또는 가수분해성 기의 몰 비는 0.01:1 내지 0.5:1에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔. - 제1항에 따른 겔을 제조하기 위한 축합 경화성 겔 조성물로서,
(i) 분자당 1개 이상, 전형적으로 2개 이상의 가수분해성 및/또는 하이드록실 작용기를 갖는 하나 이상의 축합 경화성 실릴 말단화된 중합체;
(ii) 분자당 2개 이상의 가수분해성 기, 및 전형적으로 분자당 3개 이상의 가수분해성 기를 함유하는 실리콘, 유기 중합체, 실란 또는 다이실란 분자의 군으로부터 선택되는 가교결합제; 및
(iii) 티타네이트, 지르코네이트 또는 주석(II)의 군으로부터 선택되는 축합 촉매를 포함하며,
중합체 (i) 내의 하이드록실 및/또는 가수분해성 기 대 (ii)로부터의 가수분해성 기의 몰 비는 모노실란 가교결합제를 사용하면 0.5:1 내지 1:1이거나 또는 다이실란을 사용하면 0.75:1 내지 3:1이고 M-OR (여기서, M은 티타늄 또는 지르코늄임) 또는 주석(II) 작용체 대 중합체 (i) 내의 상기 하이드록실 및/또는 가수분해성 기의 몰 비는 0.01:1 내지 0.5:1에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축합 경화성 겔 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 중합체 (i) 및 가교결합제 (ii)를 하나의 부분 내에 갖고 중합체 (i) 및 촉매 (iii)을 다른 부분 내에 갖도록 2개의 부분 내에 저장되는, 겔 또는 축합 경화성 겔 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 가교결합제 (ii)를 하나의 부분 내에 갖고 중합체 (i) 및 촉매 (iii)을 다른 부분 내에 갖도록 2개의 부분 내에 저장되는, 겔 또는 축합 경화성 겔 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 제1 중합체 (i) 및 가교결합제 (ii)를 하나의 부분 내에 갖고 제2 중합체 (i) 및 촉매 (iii)을 다른 부분 내에 갖도록 2개의 부분 내에 저장되는, 겔 또는 축합 경화성 겔 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 (i) 내의 하이드록실 및/또는 가수분해성 기 대 (ii)로부터의 가수분해성 기의 몰 비는 모노실란 가교결합제를 사용하면 0.5:1 내지 0.75:1이거나 또는 다이실란을 사용하면 0.75:1 내지 3:1인, 겔 또는 축합 경화성 겔 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M-OR (여기서, M은 티타늄 또는 지르코늄임) 또는 주석(II) 작용체 대 중합체 (i) 내의 상기 하이드록실 및/또는 가수분해성 기의 몰 비는 0.02:1 내지 0.2:1에 포함되는, 겔 또는 축합 경화성 겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드로실릴화에 의해 경화 가능한 중합체, 하이드로실릴화 가교결합제 및 하이드로실릴화 촉매를 추가로 함유하는, 겔 또는 축합 경화성 겔 조성물.
- 제1항, 또는 제1항에 종속하는 경우의 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ASTM D 2240-05(2010)에 따른 타입 00 스케일(type 00 scale)에서 쇼어(Shore) 80 미만의 경도를 나타내는, 겔.
- 제3항, 제4항, 또는 제5항, 또는 제3항, 제4항, 또는 제5항에 종속하는 경우의 제6항, 제7항, 또는 제8항에 따른 겔의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 조성물의 상기 2개의 부분이 혼합되고 경화되는, 겔의 제조 방법.
- 전자 장치, 태양 광기전 모듈 및/또는 발광 다이오드용 봉지제(encapsulant) 또는 포팅제(pottant)로서의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 겔의 용도.

- 감압 접착제로서의, 또는 진동 또는 음향 감쇠 응용에서 또는 디스플레이 또는 도파관용 라미네이트, 접착제, 및 광학적으로 투명한 코팅의 제조에서의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 겔의 용도.
