Claims (18)
- 폴리아미드 섬유 직물로 이루어지고, 140℃에서 400시간의 열처리 전후의 기포의 봉제부 강력의 경열 유지율이 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기포의 봉제부 강력의 비봉제부 강력에 대한 비율(봉제부 강력/비봉제부 강력)이 60% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 140℃에서 400시간의 열처리 전후의 기포를 구성하는 구성사의 경위 방향의 크림프율의 차가 8.5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 140℃에서 400시간의 열처리후에, 구성사의 후크 강도가 4.5 cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 140℃에서 400시간의 열처리후에, 구성사의 사-사 마찰지수가 1.5∼3.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기포를 구성하는 구성사의 후크 강도가 4.5 cN/dtex∼10.0 cN/dtex인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성사의 사-사 마찰지수가 1.5∼3.5이고, 후크 강도가 7 cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 140℃에서 400시간의 열처리후에, 기포의 인장 강력이 500 N/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인장 강력이 500 N/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제직 원사에 이용하는 원사 강도가 8.0 cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티오에테르기를 갖는 카르복실산의 고급 알콜 에스테르, 고급 알콜 폴리에테르에스테르, 비이온 활성제 성분 및 변성 실리콘 성분에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유분을 폴리아미드 섬유에 부여하여 직물로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제11항에 있어서, 시클로헥산 추출 유분량이 기포 중량에 대하여 0.02 중량%를 초과하고 0.3 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제12항에 있어서, 시클로헥산 추출 유분 중에 티오에테르기를 갖는 카르복실산의 고급 알콜 에스테르 및/또는 고급 알콜 폴리에테르에스테르를 기포 중량에 대하여 0.01 중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 시클로헥산 추출 유분 중에 티오에테르기를 갖는 카르복실산의 고급 알콜 에스테르를 기포 중량에 대하여 0.015 중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시클로헥산 추출 유분 중에, 무기성 대 유기성 비율이 1.50∼1.70인 성분을 합계로 유분 전체의 10 중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시클로헥산 추출 유분 중에 비이온 활성제 성분을 기포 중량에 대하여 0.01 중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에어백용 기포를 봉제하여 이루어진 에어백.
- 제17항에 기재된 에어백을 이용한 에어백 장치.
