Claims (11)
- 폴리올레핀으로 이루어진 돌기가 5㎛≤W≤50㎛(W는 돌기의 크기) 및 0.5㎛≤H(H는 돌기의 높이)를 만족시키고, 3개/㎠ 이상 200개/㎠ 이하로 한쪽 면에 불규칙하게 점재하며, 또한 막 두께가 20㎛ 이하인 폴리올레핀 다공질 막.
- 제1항에 기재된 다공질 막의 적어도 돌기를 가지는 면에 개질 다공층이 적층된 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 개질 다공층이 폴리아미드이미드 수지, 폴리이미드수지 또는 폴리아미드 수지를 포함하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 개질 다공층이 불소계 수지를 포함하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개질 다공층이 무기 입자 또는 가교 고분자 입자를 포함하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 다공질 막의 두께가 16㎛ 이하인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 다공질 막의 두께가 12㎛ 이하인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 이하의 공정 (a) 내지 (e)를 포함하는 다공질 막의 제조 방법:
(a) 폴리에틸렌 수지에 성형용 용제를 첨가한 후, 용융 혼련하여 폴리에틸렌 수지 용액을 제조하는 공정,
(b) 상기 폴리에틸렌 용액을 다이로부터 압출하고, 성형용 용제가 제거된 표면을 가지는 냉각 롤로 냉각하여 겔상 성형물을 형성하는 공정,
(c) 상기 겔상 성형물을 기계 방향 및 폭 방향으로 연신하여 연신 성형물을 수득하는 공정,
(d) 상기 연신 성형물로부터 상기 성형용 용제를 추출 제거하고, 건조하여 다공질 성형물을 수득하는 공정,
(e) 상기 다공질 성형물을 열처리하여 폴리올레핀 다공질 막을 수득하는 공정. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 공정에 있어서의 성형용 용제의 제거 수단이 닥터 블레이드인, 폴리올레핀 다공질 막의 제조 방법.
- 이하의 공정 (a) 내지 (i)를 포함하는 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법:
(a) 폴리에틸렌 수지에 성형용 용제를 첨가한 후, 용융 혼련하여 폴리에틸렌 수지 용액을 제조하는 공정,
(b) 상기 폴리에틸렌 용액을 다이로부터 압출하고, 성형용 용제가 제거된 표면을 가지는 냉각 롤로 냉각하여 겔상 성형물을 형성하는 공정,
(c) 상기 겔상 성형물을 기계 방향 및 폭 방향으로 연신하여 연신 성형물을 수득하는 공정,
(d) 상기 연신 성형물로부터 상기 성형용 용제를 추출 제거하고, 건조하여 다공질 성형물을 수득하는 공정,
(e) 상기 다공질 성형물을 열처리하여 폴리올레핀 다공질 막을 수득하는 공정,
(f) 불소계 수지와 무기 입자 또는 가교 고분자 입자를 함유하고, 또한 상기 무기 입자 또는 가교 고분자 입자를 제외했을 때의 용액 성분 중의 불소계 수지 농도가 0.5중량% 이상 2.5중량% 이하인 바니시를 상기 폴리올레핀 다공질 막 위에 도포하는 공정,
(g) 바니시를 도포한 폴리올레핀 다공질 막을 절대 습도가 6 g/㎥ 미만인 저습도 대역에 통과시키는 공정,
(h) 상기 저습도 대역에 통과시킨 폴리올레핀 다공질 막을 절대 습도가 6 g/㎥ 이상인 고습도 대역에 통과시키는 공정,
(i) 상기 고습도 대역에 통과시킨 폴리올레핀 다공질 막을 응고욕에 침지 시켜 불소계 수지를 포함하는 도포층을 개질 다공층으로 변환시키고, 세정하고 건조하여 전지용 세퍼레이터를 수득하는 공정. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 공정에 있어서의 성형용 용제의 제거 수단이 닥터 블레이드인, 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
