외부 영역은 하향 응시에서 눈꺼풀에 대응하는 위치에 위치되면서 눈꺼풀에 의해 눈에 인가된 힘을 분산시키는 하나 이상의 두꺼워진 수평띠 영역을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈. - 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 두꺼워진 수평띠 영역은 상부 눈꺼풀에 대응하는 위치에 위치된 제1 수평띠 영역과 하부 눈꺼풀에 대응하는 위치에 위치된 제2 수평띠 영역을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 두꺼워진 수평띠 영역으로의 전이가 점진적인 콘택트 렌즈.
- 중심 렌즈와 외부 영역을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈에 있어서,
외부 영역은 눈꺼풀에 의해 눈에 인가된 힘을 분산시키는 높은 모듈러스의 하나 이상의 수평띠 영역을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈. - 제4항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 수평띠 영역은 상부 눈꺼풀에 대응하는 위치에 위치된 제1 수평띠 영역과 하부 눈꺼풀에 대응하는 위치에 위치된 제2 수평띠 영역을 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈.
