Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 아고멜라틴을 HCl과 반응시켜 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 생성시키는, 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 아고멜라틴을 수성 유기 용매 중에서 HCl과 반응시켜 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 생성시키는, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 아고멜라틴을 유기 용매에 용해시킨 후에, HCl 수용액을 첨가하여 생성물의 결정을 침전시키는, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 HCl 수용액이 적가되는, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 아고멜라틴을 HCl을 함유하는 수성 유기 용매에 첨가하여 생성물의 결정을 침전시키는, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 결정화 후에 고체를 헹구고 건조시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 0-20℃인, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 에틸 아세테이트, 메틸 아세테이트, n-부틸 아세테이트, 아세톤 또는 아세토니트릴인, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 에틸 아세테이트인, 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 약학적으로 허용되는 애쥬번트 또는 부형제와 결합된 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트를 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
- 멜라토닌 작용계(melatoninergic system) 장애, 수면장애(sleep disorders), 스트레스(stress), 불안(anxiety), 계절성 정동장애(seasonal affective disorder), 주요우울증(major depression), 심장혈관 질병(cardiovascular diseases), 소화계 질병(digestive system diseases), 시차로 인한 불면증 및 피로(insomnia and fatigue caused by jet lag), 정신분열병(schizophrenia), 공포증(phobia) 또는 우울증 장애(depression disorders)의 치료를 위한 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 아고멜라틴 히드로클로라이드 히드레이트의 용도.
