Claims (5)
- 포밍 재료를 첨가함으로써 스테인리스 강을 위한 AOD(산소 아르곤 탈탄) 전로 또는 MRP(금속 정련 공정) 전로 내지 CONARC SSt에서 스테인리스 용융물의 거품 슬래그 생성 방법에 있어서, 금속 산화물, 철 담체, 탄소 및 결합 재료로 이루어지는 사전에 정의된 혼합물(5)이 팰릿 내지 브리케트(4)의 형태로 전로 내로 투입되어 슬래그 층(2) 아래에서 높은 주변 온도를 바탕으로 화학 환원 방식으로 반응하고, 특히 상기 팰릿 내지 브리케트(4) 내부에서 탄소와 금속 산화물의 환원 과정에 의해 형성되는 기상 일산화탄소가 자체의 가스 기포(7)와 함께 슬래그 포밍을 유발하며, 상기 팰릿 내지 브리케트(4)의 비밀도와 환원 과정의 분해 시간이 크기 및 기간과 관련하여 최적의 기포 형성이 달성되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포밍 재료의 첨가는, 정의된 거품 슬래그 높이가 확보되고 사전에 정의된 시간에 걸쳐서도 확보된 상태로 유지되도록 분당 금속 용융물(1) 톤당 2 ~ 30kg의 팰릿 내지 브리케트(4)의 값을 이용한 특정한 제어에 의해 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 첨가된 포밍 재료의 분배는 층마다 면적 전체에 걸쳐서 정의된 면적 밀도로 실행되며, 상기 분배량은 최적의 포밍 효과에 대해 1 ~ 5㎏/㎡/min의 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 목표하는 슬래그 포밍을 위해 요구되는 정의된 슬래그 점도의 유지를 위해 대응하는 슬래그 제어가 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 산화물 내지 철 담체로서의 팰릿 내지 브리케트의 정의된 혼합물(5) 내에서는 예컨대 전기로 및 전로 분진과 슬러지뿐 아니라 그 외 재사용이 가능한 제강소 잔류 생성물과 같은 존재하는 잔류 물질들이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품 슬래그 생성 방법.
