Claims (25)
- 이하 산화물을 조성 중량비로 포함하는 조성물(composition)로 형성된 광물 섬유:
SiO2 35 내지 43.5%
Al2O3 18 내지 22%
Fe2O3 9 내지 16%
CaO 8 내지 17%
MgO 7 내지 15%
Na2O+K2O 1 내지 5 %
MnO 최대 2%.
- 제1항에 있어서,
Fe2O3의 함유량이 적어도 10%인, 광물 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,
Fe2O3의 함유량이 적어도 11%인, 광물 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,
Fe2O3의 함유량이 적어도 12.5%인, 광물 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
CaO의 함유량은 16% 미만인, 광물 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
MgO의 함유량은 적어도 9%인, 광물 섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서,
MgO의 함유량은 적어도 10%인, 광물 섬유.

- 화재 방지용인, 제17항 또는 제18항에 따른 결합 제품의 용도(Use).
- 제19항에 있어서,
폭발 화재의 위험이 있는 어플리케이션(application)으로의, 용도.
- 제19항에 있어서,
오프-쇼어 어플리케이션(off-shore application) 또는 해양 어플리케이션(marine application) 또는 터널 절연 처리막(tunnel insulation) 또는 화학 플랜트(chemical plant)로의, 용도.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서,
광물 섬유 제품의 밀도는 200 kg/m3 미만인, 용도.
- 제19항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
광물 섬유 제품의 두께는 300 mm 미만인, 용도.
- 광물 차아지를 준비하는 단계(providing a mineral charge), 상기 차아지(charge)를 용융하여 광물 용융물(mineral melt)을 생성하는 단계, 상기 용융물을 섬유화하는(fiberising) 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광물 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서,
섬유화는 캐스케이드 스피닝법(cascade spinning method)을 사용하여 행해지는, 방법.
