Abstract
무급유체인(1)은, 함유부쉬(3, 3)에 의해 연결된 한쌍의 내측플레이트(2, 2)와, 서로 이웃하는 내측플레이트(2, 2)의 서로 이웃하는 함유부쉬(3, 3)에 끼워 넣어진 핀(5, 5)에 의해 연결된 한쌍의 외측플레이트(4, 4)를 번갈아 연결해서 이루어진다. 함유부쉬(3)는, 금속소결체로 이루어지는 부쉬에, 40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 350mm2 /s이상인 과불화폴리에테르를 함침해서 이루어진다. 부쉬에는, 무급유체인(1)의 사용온도에 대응하는 동점도를 가지는 과불화폴리에테르를 함침시킨다.

Claims (7)
- 과불화폴리에테르를 주성분으로 하는 윤활유를 함침시킨 금속소결체로 이루어지는 함유부쉬에 있어서,
상기 윤활유의 40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 350mm2 /s이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 함유부쉬. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동점도가 720mm2 /s이상인 함유부쉬. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동점도가 1020mm2 /s이상인 함유부쉬. - 두개의 함유부쉬에 의해 연결된 한쌍의 내측플레이트와, 서로 이웃하는 내측플레이트의 서로 이웃하는 함유부쉬에 끼워넣어진 두개의 핀에 의해 연결된 한쌍의 외측플레이트를 번갈아 연결해서 이루어지는 무급유체인에 있어서,
상기 함유부쉬는, 청구항1 내지 청구항3의 어느 것에 기재한 함유부쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 무급유체인. - 금속소결체로 이루어지는 부쉬에, 과불화폴리에테르를 주성분으로 하는 윤활유를 함침시키는 공정을 가지는 함유부쉬의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 공정은,
40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 350mm2 /s이상인 윤활유를 상기 부쉬에 함침시키는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 함유부쉬의 제조방법. - 금속소결체로 이루어지는 부쉬에, 과불화폴리에테르를 주성분으로 하는 윤활유를 함침시키는 공정을 가지는 함유부쉬의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 공정은,
40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 720mm2 /s이상인 윤활유를 상기 부쉬에 함침시키는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 함유부쉬의 제조방법. - 금속소결체로 이루어지는 부쉬에, 과불화폴리에테르를 주성분으로 하는 윤활유를 함침시키는 공정을 가지는 함유부쉬의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 공정은,
40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 1020mm2 /s이상인 윤활유를 상기 부쉬에 함침 시키는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 함유부쉬의 제조방법.
