Claims (9)
- aspR 유전자가 내재적 조절 활성에 비하여 감소된 것을 특징으로 하는, 라이신 생산능이 향상된 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 aspR 유전자는 아스파테이트 키나제를 암호화하는 유전자(lysC) 및 디히드로디피콜리네이트 신타제를 암호화하는 유전자(dapA)를 조절하는 활성을 가지는 조절 유전자임을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 aspR 유전자는 서열번호 15의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코리네박테리움 속 미생물의 aspR 유전자가 결실, 치환 및 삽입에 의하여 내재적 조절 활성이 감소된 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코리네박테리움 속 미생물에 aspR 유전자의 일부를 포함하 는 재조합 벡터가 도입되어 내재적 조절 활성이 감소된 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 벡터는 도 1의 개열지도를 갖는 벡터 pDZ-aspR임을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 벡터가 수탁번호 KFCC10881인 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum)에 도입되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라이신 생산능이 향상된 코리네박테리움 속 미생물은 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 KFCC-10881-aspR(수탁번호 KCCM 10953P)인 미생물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 배양액에서 L-라이신을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, L-라이신의 생산 방법.
