Claims (5)
- 글루타메이트 ABC-타입 트랜스포터를 코딩하는 유전자 gltI를 불활성화시킴으로써 L-라이신 생산능이 향상된 코리네박테리움 속 미생물 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 (Corynebacterium glutamicum).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성화는 상기 글루타메이트 ABC-타입 트랜스포터를 코딩하는 유전자 내로 하나 이상의 염기쌍의 삽입에 의한 삽입 돌연변이, 상기 유전자 내의 하나 이상의 염기쌍의 결실을 갖는 결실 돌연변이, 및 상기 유전자 내의 넌센스 코돈을 도입시키는 염기쌍의 전이 (transition) 또는 전환 (transversion) 돌연변이로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 돌연변이에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성화는 상기 글루타메이트 ABC-타입 트랜스포터를 코딩하는 유전자의 일부분을 포함하는 벡터에 의한 코리네박테리움 속 미생물의 형질전환에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 (Corynebacterium glutamicum) CA01-014 KCCM-10801P임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 (Corynebacterium glutamicum).
- 제1항 기재의 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양액을 발효 배양하여 L-라이신 을 생산하는 방법.
