Claims (16)
- (a) 고체 블록 공중합체 100 중량부(parts by weight)로서,(ⅰ) 적어도 두개의 A 블록 및 적어도 하나의 B 블록을 포함하고, 각 각의 A 블록은 독립적으로 모노 알케닐 아렌 중합체 블록으로부터 선 택되고, 각각의 B 블록은,(1) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고, 랜덤(random) 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록;(2) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고, 블록화된(blocked) 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록;(3) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고, 점감된(tapered) 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록;(4) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고, 조절된 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록으로부터 독립 적으로 선택되고;(ⅱ) 각각의 A 블록의 최대 분자량이 약 3,000 및 약 60,000 사이이 고, 각각의 B 블록의 최대 분자량(MW1)이 약 20,000 및 약 200,000 사 이이며;(ⅲ) 블록 공중합체에서 모노 알케닐 아렌의 총량이 약 30 중량% 내지 약 85 중량%이며; 그리고(ⅳ) 각각의 B 블록(S1)에서 모노 알케닐 아렌의 중량비율은 약 5 중 량% 내지 약 75 중량%인 블록 공중합체;(b) 상기 블록 공중합체의 B 블록과 구조적으로 유사한 특징을 갖는 특제(tailored) 연화 개질제 5 내지 250 중량부(parts by weight)로서:(i) 상기 연화 개질제의 최대 분자량(MW2) 대 상기 블록 공중합체의 B 블록의 최대 분자량(MW1)의 비율(MW2)/(MW1)이 0.01 내지 1.0이고, 최 저 분자량(MW2)이 2,000이며;(ⅱ) 각각의 연화 개질제(S2)에서 모노 알케닐 아렌의 중량 비율이 약 5 중량% 내지 약 75 중량% 사이이고, S2/S1 의 비율이 0.5 내지 1.5 사 이인 연화 개질제를 포함하되,(c) 상기 블록 공중합체는 첫 번째 반응기에서 용매가 있는 용액상에서 중합 되어서 첫 번째 용액을 생성하고, 상기 연화 개질제는 두 번째 반응기에서 용매가 있는 용액상에서 중합되어서 두 번째 용액을 생성하고;(d) 상기 첫 번째 및 두 번째 용액을 배합하여 공통 용액(common solution)을 생성하고;(e) 상기 공통 용액으로부터 용매를 제거하여, 상기 블록 공중합체와 상기특제 연화 개질제의 본질적인 혼합물을 수득한 것인 블록 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 및 연화 개질제의 상기 모노 알케닐 아렌은 스티렌이고, 블록 공중합체 및 연화 개질제의 상기 공액 디엔은 이스프렌, 1,3-부타디엔 및 이것의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공액 디엔은 1,3-부타디엔이고, 블록 B 및 연화 개질제에서 축합된 부타디엔 단위의 약 5 내지 약 80 mol%는 1,2-배열을 갖는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, B 블록 및 연화 개질제에서 스티렌의 중량 비율이 약 40 중량% 내지 약 75 중량% 사이인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 블록 A가 5,000 내지 45,000사이의 분자량을 보유하고, 상기 블록 B가 분포 조절된 블록이고 20,000 내지 200,000 사이의 분자량을 보유하며, 상기 연화 개질제가 2,000 내지 60,000 사이의 분자량을 보유하고 분포 조절된 구조를 갖고, 상기 연화 개질제 및 상기 B 블록이 약 0 % 내지 80 % 사이의 블록성 지수를 갖는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 용액과 두 번째 용액이 블록 공중합체 및 특제 연화 개질제의 중합반응 후, 그리고 마무리처리(finishing) 이전에 배합되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 두 번째 용액이 상기 블록 공중합체의 중합반응 이전에 상기 첫 번째 용액에 첨가되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 두 번째 용액이 상기 블록 공중합체의 중합반응시 상기 첫 번째 용액에 첨가되는 조성물.
- (a) 고체 블록 공중합체 100 중량부(parts by weight)로서,(i) 적어도 두 개의 A 블록 및 적어도 하나의 B 블록을 포함하고, 각 각의 A 블록은 모노 알케닐 아렌 중합체 블록으로부터 독립적으로 선 택되고, 각각의 B 블록은,(1) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고 랜덤 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록;(2) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하 블록화된 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록;(3) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고 점감된 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록;(4) 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 및 적어도 하나의 모노 알케닐 아 렌을 보유하고 조절된 분포를 갖는 중합체 블록으로부터 독립적 으로 선택되고;(ⅱ) 각각의 A 블록은 약 3,000 내지 약 60,000 사이의 최대 분자량을 갖고, 각각의 B 블록은 약 20,000 및 약 200,000 사이의 최대 분자 량(MW1)을 갖고;(ⅲ) 블록 공중합체의 모노 알케닐 아렌의 총량은 약 30 중량% 내지 약 85 중량%이고; 그리고(ⅳ) 각각의 B 블록(S1)에서 모노 알케닐 아렌의 중량비율이 약 5 중 량% 내지 약 75 중량%인 블록 공중합체; 및(b) 상기 블록 공중합체의 B 블록과 구조적으로 유사한 특징을 갖는 특제 연 화 개질제 5 내지 250 중량부(parts by weight)로서,(ⅰ) 상기 연화 개질제의 최대 분자량(MW2) 대 상기 블록 공중합 체인 B 블록의 최대 분자량(MW1)의 비율(MW2)/(MW1)이 0.01 내지 1.0이 고, 최저 분자량(MW2)이 2,000이며,(ⅱ) 각각의 연화 개질제(S2)에서 모노 알케닐 아렌의 중량 비율이 약 5 중량% 내지 약 75 중량% 사이이고, S2/S1 의 비율이 0.5 내지 1.5 사 이인 연화 개질제를 포함하되,(c) 상기 조절된 분포 블록 공중합체는 용매가 있는 반응기에서 용액상 생성 되고, 상기 특제 연화 개질제는 동일 용액 및 동일 반응기에서 생성되며;(d) 이 용액으로부터 용매를 제거하여, 상기 조절된 분포 블록 공중합체 및상기 특제 연화 개질제의 본질적인 혼합물을 수득한 것인 블록 공중합체 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 및 연화 개질제의 상기 모노 알케닐 아렌이 스티렌이고, 블록 공중합체 및 연화 개질제의 상기 공액 디엔이 이소프렌, 1,3-부타디엔 및 이것의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공액 디엔은 1,3-부타디엔이고, 블록 B 및 연화 개질제의 축합된 부타디엔 단위의 약 5 내지 약 80 mol%가 1,2-배열을 갖는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, B 블록 및 연화 개질제에서 스티렌의 중량 비율이 약 40 중량% 내지 약 75 중량% 사이인 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물, 및 충전제, 강화제, 중합체 익스텐딩 오일(polymer extending oil), 점착 부여성 수지, 윤활제, 안정제, 스티렌 중합체, 산화방지제, 스티렌/디엔 블록 공중합체 및 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함하여 공식화된(formulated) 조성물.
- 제9항의 조성물, 및 충전제, 강화제, 중합체 익스텐딩 오일(polymer extending oil), 점착 부여성 수지, 윤활제, 안정제, 스티렌 중합체, 산화방지제, 스티렌/디엔 블록 공중합체 및 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함하여 공식화된(formulated) 조성물.
- 제13항의 조성물을 포함하고, 사출 성형, 오버 성형(over molding), 침지, 압출, 회전 성형, 슬러쉬 성형(slush molding), 섬유 방사, 필름 제조 또는 발포로부터 선택된 공정으로 생성된 물품.
- 제13항의 조성물을 포함하고, 클로저(closure), 합성 코르크, 뚜껑 인장, 배관, 식품 용기, 음료 용기, 자동차 인테리어 부품, 창 가스켓(window gasket), 탄성 필름, 발포 생성물, 이성분 섬유, 모노필라멘트, 접착제, 화장품 및 의료 제품으로부터 선택된 물품.
