Description
Claims (28)
- 기판,기판에 의해 지지된 광전지, 및광전지에 의해 지지되고 광전지에 작동 가능하게 연결된 디스플레이를 포함하는 물품으로서,상기 디스플레이는, 전기적으로 활성화되지 않는 경우에는 투명하거나 반투명하고 전기적으로 활성화된 경우에는 불투명한 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가요성인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 약 5 mm 이하인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 광고, 종이, 명함, 잡지 또는 책의 적어도 일부를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 고정 사진, 표지(signage), 패턴, 텍스트 또는 로고를 도시하도록 구성되는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 활동 사진, 표지, 패턴, 텍스트 또는 로 고를 도시하도록 구성되는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 패시브 매트릭스를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 전기 영동(electrophoretic) 디스플레이 또는 전기 변색(electrochromic) 디스플레이를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광전지는 광활성층을 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광활성층은 전자 공여체 재료 및 전자 수용체 재료를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수용체 재료는 풀러린, 무기 나노입자, 옥사디아졸, 디스코틱 액정, 탄소 나노로드, 무기 나노로드, CN 기를 함유하는 중합체, CF3 기를 함유하는 중합체 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수용체 재료는 치환된 풀러린을 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전자 공여체 재료는 디스코틱 액정, 폴리티오펜, 폴리페닐렌, 폴리페닐비닐렌, 폴리실란, 폴리티에닐비닐렌 및 폴리이소티아나프탈렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 공여체 재료는 폴리(3-헥실티오펜)을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 광전지는 2 개의 전극을 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 광전지는 상기 2 개의 전극 중 하나와 광활성층 사이에 정공 차단층을 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 정공 차단층은 LiF, 금속 산화물 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 광전지는 상기 2 개의 전극 중 하나와 광활성층 사이에 정공 캐리어층을 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 정공 캐리어층은 폴리티오펜, 폴리아닐린, 폴리비닐 카르바졸, 폴리페닐렌, 폴리페닐비닐렌, 폴리실란, 폴리티에닐렌비닐렌, 폴리이소티아나프타넨 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이의 작동을 위해 추가의 전원 공급 장치 또는 전자 디바이스가 필요하지 않도록 구성되는 것인 물품.
- 기판,기판에 의해 지지된 광전지, 및광전지에 의해 지지되고 광전지에 작동 가능하게 연결된 디스플레이를 포함하는 물품으로서,상기 디스플레이는, 제1 상태인 경우에는 투명하거나 반투명하고 제2 상태인 경우에는 불투명한 것인 물품.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 제1 상태 및 제2 상태는 둘 다 전기적 상태인 물품.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이의 작동을 위해 추가의 전원 공급 장치 또는 전자 디바이스가 필요하지 않도록 구성되는 것인 물품.
- 디스플레이가 투명하거나 반투명한 상태로 있는 제1 세트의 조건 하에서 디 스플레이를 작동시키는 단계, 및디스플레이가 불투명한 상태로 있는 제2 세트의 조건 하에서 디스플레이를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로서,상기 디스플레이는 1 이상의 광전지에 의해 전원을 공급받는 것인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이의 전기적 상태를 변화시키는 것은 상기 디스플레이를 투명하거나 반투명한 상태에서 불투명한 상태로 변화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이의 전기적 상태를 변화시키는 것은 상기 디스플레이를 불투명한 상태에서 투명하거나 반투명한 상태로 변화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이의 전기적 상태를 변화시키는 것은 상기 디스플레이를 불투명한 상태에서 투명하거나 반투명한 상태로 변화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이의 작동을 위해 추가의 전원 공급 장치 또는 전자 디바이스가 필요하지 않도록 구성되는 것인 물품.
