- 엔진용 연료 공급 시스템에 있어서, 상기 연료 공급 시스템은,제1 연료를 상기 엔진에 송출하기 위한 제1 연료 송출 수단과;상기 제1 연료와 함께 액체가스를 상기 엔진에 송출하기 위한 제2 연료 송출 수단을 포함하며, 상기 제2 송출 수단은;상기 액체가스를 상기 엔진에 분사하기 위한 인젝터와;상기 인젝터를 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인젝터는 상기 액체가스를 상기 엔진의 흡입 매니폴드에 분사함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 연료를 상기 엔진에 송출하기 위한 상기 수단은 상기 제1 연료를 상기 엔진의 흡입 매니폴드 또는 상기 엔진의 실린더에 송출함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인젝터는 인젝터 하우징과, 상기 인젝터 하우징 내에 위치한 인젝터 본체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 공급 시스템은 연료 기포 수집 시스템을 포함하며, 상기 수집 시스템은,상기 액체가스가 상기 인젝터에 공급될 때 발생되는 증기 기포들을 상기 액체가스로부터 수집하기 위한 수단과;상기 기포들을 수용하고 상기 액체가스를 탈포하기 위한 액체가스 시스템; 및증기 형태로 탈포된 액체가스를 상기 엔진으로 복귀시키기 위한 복귀 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 연료 센서, 연료 압력 감지 수단, 엔진 온도 감지 수단, 공기 온도 감지 수단, 스로틀 위치 감지 수단, 캠 각도 센서 및 엔진 흡입구 압력 감지 수단 중 적어도 하나로부터 정보를 수신하고,상기 연료 센서는 상기 엔진에 공급되는 액체가스의 온도를 감지하며,상기 연료 압력 감지 수단은 상기 인젝터에 공급되는 액체가스의 압력을 감지하고,상기 엔진 온도 감지 수단은 상기 엔진의 온도를 감지하며,상기 공기 온도 감지 수단은 공기 흡입구를 통해서 상기 엔진에 송출되는 공기의 온도를 감지하고,상기 스로틀 위치 감지 수단은 가속 페달의 위치를 감지하며,상기 캠 각도 센서는 상기 엔진의 캠의 위치를 감지하고,상기 엔진 흡입구 압력 감지 수단은 상기 엔진에 공급되는 흡입구의 공기 압력을 감지함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체가스를 수용하기 위한 하우징이 제공되고,상기 인젝터는 상기 하우징 내에 장착되며, 상기 인젝터는 액체가스를 상기 인젝터로 유입할 수 있는 액체가스 연료 입구와, 액체가스를 상기 인젝터로부터 상기 엔진의 실린더들로 분사하기 위한 액체 연료 출구를 구비하고,상기 연료 공급 시스템은,액체가스가 상기 인젝터를 둘러싸서 상기 인젝터를 냉각하여 상기 인젝터의 액체가스가 상기 인젝터로부터 분사되기 위한 액체 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 액체 가스를 수용하기 위하여 상기 인젝터를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸며 상기 하우징 안에 위치한 챔버와;상기 챔버 내 증기와 액체가스가 상기 챔버를 빠져나갈 수 있도록 하는 상기 챔버의 출구와;상기 챔버 내 액체가스의 기화에 의해 상기 인젝터의 냉각 상태를 유지하기 위하여 상기 챔버 내 상기 증기와 액체가스의 압력을 조절하기 위한 압력 조절기와;상기 챔버의 출구에 연결되며, 상기 챔버로부터 공급된 증기가 증기 상태를 유지하도록 하며, 상기 챔버로부터 공급된 액체가스를 증기 상태로 변환하기 위한 기화 장치와;상기 증기 상태의 액체가스를 상기 엔진의 실린더에 공급하기 위한 도관을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 시스템.
