Claims (3)
- 석유화학 제품을 생산하는 공정에서 모터펌프의 메카니칼 씰링구조에 있어서,바플, 칼라, 벨로즈 및 고정자 씰링들을 고정자 패킹링으로 씰링시켜 결합하여 모터펌프의 커버에 고정한 고정자 축과,슬리브, 리테이너 및 회전자 씰링들을 회전자 패킹링으로 씰링시켜 결합하여 구성한 회전자 축으로 이루어진 메카니칼 씰링구조.
- 청구항1에 있어서,상기 고정자 축의 고정자 씰링과 벨로즈와 용접 결합된 칼라사이에는 용접부위의 충격 및 진동을 완화하기 위한 완충칼라를 더 부가하여 설계 제작된 메카니칼 씰링구조.
- 청구항1 또는 청구항2에 있어서,상기 바플은 슬리브와 고정자사이로 배관을 통해서 이송되는 액체가 자연스럽게 섭동면에 흘러들어갈 수 있도록 소정의 공간을 형성하도록 설계 제작된 메카니칼 씰링구조.
